Thank you for your feedback, Derek, and we’re very sorry to hear that the delivery time was disappointing.
We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the ordering process and the quality of the product; however, we do apologise that the delivery took longer than expected. Deliveries outside the UK mainland can take a little longer to arrive, which is noted on our website, but we completely understand that delays can still be frustrating.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue to work with our couriers to ensure customers are kept better informed throughout the delivery process. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Disappointed as couch roll 20" is very thin.
Express delivery is standard if you don't order up to a certain amount.

Besvarelse fra MediSupplies Ltd
We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry the couch roll's thickness didn't meet your expectations and that the delivery cost was not ideal. We recently introduced a higher carriage charge on orders under £30.00. This is because the costs of processing, packing, and shipping smaller orders have increased significantly, alongside a large rise in the cost of goods over the last year. This has made small orders no longer economical for us to supply at our previous rates.
Regarding the product satisfaction, we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate the couch roll quality further and resolve this issue for you. Please could you call us on 0800 160 1621, and one of our team members would be happy to assist.
We appreciate your feedback as we continue to look to improve our service, and look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for getting in touch, Linda, and for being a returning customer. We do appreciate your previous orders.
We recently introduced a higher carriage charge on orders under £30.00. This is because the cost of processing, packing, and shipping smaller orders has significantly increased, alongside a large increase in the cost of the goods themselves over the last year. This has made small orders no longer economical for us to supply at our previous rates.
Orders over £30.00 will continue to receive our standard lower delivery charge, and free delivery for orders over £50.00.
We understand this may be disappointing, and we are sorry if the change has caused frustration. Your feedback is appreciated. We will continue to review our carriage charges, and we fully understand if you choose to reconsider future orders based on this.
