Reasonably fast response to my order
Reasonably fast response to my order, but vastly excessive cost for shipping ‘small’ orders.

Besvarelse fra MediSupplies Ltd
We appreciate your feedback regarding our shipping costs for smaller orders. We recently introduced a higher carriage charge on orders under £30.00. This is because the cost of processing, packing, and shipping smaller orders has significantly increased, alongside a large increase in the cost of the goods themselves over the last year. This has made small orders no longer economical for us to supply at our previous rates. We are always evaluating our shipping options to provide the best value for our customers.
Kind Regards,
MediSupplies Customer Service Team
