I’m delighted with my blephoplasty. I didn’t want my photos to go online, because I don’t want anyone to know I’ve had work done, but I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. I feel I look younger, more refreshed and have lost the grumpy look I worried was setting in with aging. The entire team looked after me exceptionally well. The coordinator checked on me every day and I was given a video tour of the hospital which is bright and clean before arriving as well as a photo of the driver who would be picking me up and the car number plate, so I felt very safe at all times. I was checked on every day. I did a lot of research on surgeons because if you entrust someone with your face, you want the very best, and I couldn’t have found anyone better, I’m thrilled with the beautiful and natural looking result.

After doing some google research I came across Mediface. I contacted them and they came back to me straight away. The next day I had a consultation with DR Erkan, who made me feel so confident that I booked my tickets and I flew to Turkey in the next 2 months. I have now had my surgery, and I am very happy with the results😍. The staff was very helpful and supportive from the beginning. They helped me find a nice hotel and I had a very friendly driver who picked me up from the airport and took me to all my consultations, back to the hotel and back to the airport when I returned home. I felt very safe and very well looked after. I highly recommend Mediface, they are very professional and caring. Thank you to Mediface team ♥️

Old and stinky, mould in the room and dirty. I didn’t even get a bill for my surgery. This looked nothing like the pictures and I was shocked ! I wanted to leave and cancel everything but the 4k were already paid. I didn’t even see Dr. Harun before the surgery (even if I let his assistant know my wish and she assured me he will come).

I am beyond impressed with MediFace Clinic! They truly exceeded my every expectation. From the time I first arrived, I was treated like a member of the family. Perhaps like royalty! Every person including Dr. Dodanli and Dr. Nural, the front desk staff, both coordinators / consultants, the nurses, and even the cleaning staff always greeted me with a huge smile and were always attentive to my needs. Despite their workload, they always made time for my care and my concerns.

I was able to discuss my pre-surgery questions and concerns with both doctors, and both were patient and understanding. They thoroughly explained the surgical process and what to anticipate after the procedures were complete. My nose was able to be "custom designed" with digital imaging to provide an idea of what the finished product would look like.

Due to my choice of having 4 procedures all at once, I experienced more swelling than most. As a result, the doctors offered me to stay there a few nights (instead of the typical one night) to be sure my recovery went smoothly.

After surgery, the anesthesia and pain killers left me (temporarily) unable to feed myself. The on-duty nurse noticed my dilemma and offered to spoon feed me to make sure I ate! I was so grateful for this.

During the overnight stay, the nurse continued to check on me quite frequently, taking care of my eyes, nose, stitching area, and my overall comfortablility. The staff even prepared (or ordered) food to accommodate my special diet, and prepared fresh meals for me through the duration of my stay! They were always concerned that I ate enough, and that I had consumed enough protein lol. I'm still amazed...

After my overnight release, I was provided (twice daily) nurse visits at the hotel for 2 days to continue to check in on my recovery and to assist with my eye drops, medication, and meal prep. In the USA, this level of service would NEVER be offered. I am still blown away by how caring and committed MediFace Clinic is to their patients!

I highly recommend their services to anyone researching and considering cosmetic surgery. The surgeons are very detailed and experienced. The procedure will be done right, and the level of care from the top down is of the highest caliber!

Wir waren vor Ort und hatten alles vorab gebucht und bezahlt.
Als wir da waren war es garnicht so wie auf den Bildern, die Praxis ist stark verdreckt und stinkt. Ausserdem ist Dr Harun sehr ungepflegt und unprofessionel, teilweise wusste er nicht was er erzählt. Auf anfrage der Rechnung wurde uns gesagt das wir diese zugeschickt bekommen, leider hat er uns diese auch nicht zugesandt nach mehr als einer Woche Wenn Ihr eine Horror Klinik sucht seit Ihr hier genau richtig. Man sollte den Laden schliessen. Eine Anzeige wurde bei den Örtlichen Behörden erstellt.

The experience with Mediface Medical has been 1st class. From the initial enquiry the process was dealt with professionally and all questions answered quickly. The young girl Gaye, who deals with the e-mail enquires, is an absolute star. She organised our hotel, pick up from airport, all transportation to and from medical centre and transportation back to airport. She was always available to answer questions and translates for the surgeon and other medical staff. My wife was made to feel safe and comfortable before her surgery, and the treatment afterwards was also 1st class. A massive thank you goes to this centre which operates a fantastic medical service for every part of your body. The confidence you have given back to my wife can never be fully repaid. She had her lower eyelids and fat underneath removed. £1500. A quarter of the price than the original quote in Dublin. Use this Medical centre with confidence. Thank you again."

I flew to Antalya from the UK, for a rhinoplasty with Dr Hadi Nural, I was very nervous/ stressed at first, but the second I walked into the clinic, I was supported and calmed down by the best team of nurses, translators etc. we were offered refreshments and answered all of questions clearly, so I knew the procedure clearly, which really helped my nerves!
Post surgery - the nasal shape I chose was quite difficult as I am very precise and I would say I’m a stressy person! However Dr Hadi Nural came through!!! He gave me the EXACT shape and nose I wanted. 1000000% recommend for any cosmetic surgery!

Wow these guys have things very well organised. Myself and my friend visited Mediface in Antalya for some facial plastic surgery.
I must say everything went very smoothly from the first point of contact with the lovely patient coordinator, private transfers, consultation, surgery and aftercare checks. I had a brow lift, upper and lower blephraplasty, buccal fat removal and a chin lift. Two weeks after my surgery things are starting to take a beautiful shape already. I'm very happy with Dr Erkan and his amazing team. 100% I would recommend and I will be going back for more procedures.

Super satisfied! I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck done. Super organized and Gaye (translator) gave me advice before and after the operation and informed me about everything. Thank you Gay! Arzu was also there for me and accompanied me to the operating room and comforted me because I was very scared. Everything went great! Only to be recommended!

I am from London and I recently had a Breast Fat Transfer with Mediface. My overall experience was great. The hospital was clean & professional and everyone involved in the proceess were very helpful - especially Ms Arzu is who looked after me since pre-surgery. They also answered all questions I had.
The only thing I would recommend to Mediface for improvement is to provide more information about the whole process from pre-surgery prep, on the day of surgery, and post surgery information in a booklet or PDF document. I am someone who get anxious if I don’t know full information and like to super organised. So, someone like me will definitely benefit from this as I kept worrying when I wasn’t sure of something or if I asked right questions.
Other than that, I am pleased with the result so far. Only time will tell how the end result will look like. Hopefully I will retain at least of the fat injected.
Another recommendation I would make to anyone interested in this procedure is to have someone (friend/family) to join you for the trip. Especially if its your first surgery. I went alone and I really regretted it as the first 3 days after surgery was absolutely awful. I wish I had a help in hotel as well. Thankfully Mediface team kindly allowed me to stay in the hospital for 1 night in 2 full days. Otherwise, I don’t even want to imagine how I would have coped it.

My experience with Mediface was outstanding. I am from London, and after many years of waiting, I decided, thanks to my wife, to fly out to Turkey and have my Rhinoplasty done. Since my first contact with Mediface, the staff (especially Kubra - the English translator) have been extraordinarily kind and courteous. They laid out a complete plan for my surgery; I had all the information and assistance I needed to trust this incredible team of professionals.
