Dr Hadi did a revision from the first septoplasty he did a year earlier. He did not put a cast on the revision, leaving me swollen, with disrupted tissue floating in fluid. Any medical surgeon, in any medical journal would tell you this is malpractice, the cast is for the tissues to adhere back onto the new structure and to dispel swelling.
When I asked for a medical report to show my GP, it stated that I received a septoplasty the year before by him and this year a rhinoplasty, if I had known it was a full blown rhinoplasty I wouldn't of returned. It was suppose to be the odd perfecting of some slight jagged edges a simple rasping was required. I am now left with swelling a year later, after suffering with seroma on both sides for a year. Who doesn't cast after a rhinoplasty? He left me without a cast, and I did not question it as I thought it was a light rasping where the bone was originally broken, (as discussed through his translator in the office). The next day my entire face was swollen.
I have only just been seen by the NHS a year later due to a long waiting list, to be told that the surgery perforated my septum. I went to fix my deviated septum initially to only have it perforated, the NHS ENT put it down to overly aggressive technique. If you have any slight issues with the aesthetic results, do not come back here, you'll be treated like an inconvenience and irreparably hurt. I cannot afford to have this perforated septum fixed and consequently my nose is slowly collapsing. NHS will not fix it until its collapsed. And I cannot breathe out of this nose and in all honesty I wish I had never come here in the first place.

I have heard about and researched doctor Hadi Nural, he is the absolute best at rhinoplasty. He is the nose God!

My entire experience from the initial WhatsApp message enquiring about the procedure, the many questions I had. All were answered so professionally, warm and in a caring manner. They even sent me a simulation of what my nose would look like after the procedure. Ebru was amazing at answering all my questions on WhatsApp telling me about the hotel, transportation and helping me to feel secure about my decisions.

They handled the hotel booking, my transportation to and from the airport and the clinic. The driver was so warm and friendly.

My procedure coordinator/ translator Ecem, she is such a beautiful, warm and caring young lady who held my hand, helped me change before my procedure, made sure she held my shoulder as I was in the theatre going under anaesthetic. She was there to comfort me after the procedure. She made sure to keep my husband informed about what was going on during the surgery.

I had a private room which my husband could stay in whilst I was in surgery. I was then able to stay in the private room after the procedure till I was able to leave. The nurses were all so lovely , taking care of me ensuring I was ok. They brought me food and Changed my bandages.

All my medication was given to me after the procedure. I didn’t have to go looking for anything at all. They handle everything for you. They give to detailed instructions of what to do and help explain everything to you .

Doctor Hadi Nural is such a good man. Warm, friendly and gives you the best advice and treatment suited to your face.

I felt so special throughout this entire procedure.

There were so many other clinic that were offering me discounts upon discounts to choose them as an option which really put me off after I read their really bad reviews and it also seemed very desperate to me.

Mediface is AAA first class. They are the best. If I had to choose again, I will always choose Mediface.

Not recommended. A conveyor belt. Dangerous practice sending patients to a hotel straight after a general anesthetic, no over night stay. No English speakers except one rep who’s not a native English speaker, language and communication is basic and poses a huge problem. No back up, no follow up. You are literally gambling with you life here. No nurse visit at hotel. No help, just left on your own after surgery in a hotel with holiday makers, and a few other patients. Scarey is the honest description. One over worked driver, who races dangerously to try to fit everyone in frim airpirt to hotel then to appointments, on time. One man can not work 15 hours 7 days a week and remain competent. It’s a crazy set up.

The nurses was great, they really look after you while there and when you get back they ask for photos and message you to see how you are getting on.
The transport guy was always on time, he was nice. I would 100% recommend

Much too expensive, they don't hand out an invoice and Erkan Dodanli is the worst surgeon I ever met. Do your research on other platforms, all the 5 Star reviews here are fake.

Hello I have been with Dr Erkan and Dr Hadi for my upper-lower eyelid operation and revision rhinoplasty for twice. That have been really amazing and professional. I am very happy with my results. Please don’t mind the bad reviews they are really amazing and very helpful and if you need anything to fix or not problem they are with you every time. Thanks for all their help. Best decision I ever made was to go to Turkey to dr erkans clinic mediface and under go upper & lower eyelid surgery including fat transfer . As a lone traveller I was a little nervous about the trip BUT From start to finish I was looked after so well from everyone at mediface . They were professional but more importantly kind and caring. I highly recommend dr Erkan & his team for this procedure.

I had a surgery with Dr. Erkan 3 months ago. I had a very pleasant experience, didn’t have any issues. They picked me up from the airport and I was not alone for a second despite not having any relatives with me. I will be recommending Dr. Erkan and Mediface to my circle.

I had an awesome experience. There were no complications and I got quick responses whenever I had a question. Everyone was nice and I felt great and could leave very soon!

I have been at this hospital three times in the past year having different procedures done by the talented professional Dr Erkan. I return here as I trust this surgeon more than the Drs in the Uk. It is not just cosmetic work I have had done , I have had moles removed and they send them off to pathology if suspicious along with other work. I cannot praise this hospital enough and my friends are having surgery/ treatment there too . Please have no doubt that Dr Erkan is the best at what he does and you are in very safe hands . Staff at this hospital are wonderful. In the near future I am sure to return I personally would not go anywhere else .

I'm from England. I wanted upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelids and eyebag) done and researched a lot. Eventually I settled on Dr Erkan, the consultation via wassap was clear, straight forward and no confusion.
My coordinator Aycha was great from start to finish and can speak fluent English. The day of the consultation I got picked up from my hotel and seen Dr Erkan who was a lovely gentleman who was friendly and went through my problems and wanted to know my problems also which was great.
I'm a big baby so I was very anxious.
The hospital was very clean. I agreed for the surgery and we both had talked and understood.
Had blood tests etc which was included in price.
On the day I was so scared but I met the team and they were great, Dr Erkan also came to check on me and confirm everything before surgery and was friendly.
My room was modern and spotless, great bathroom aswell. After surgery the staff was amazing the nurses were so attentive and the coordinator Aycha was there all day with me. So there was no language barrier. They all fussed over me making sure I was comfortable. They made sure I was personally ready before discharging me, they also made sure I had something to eat before I left. All medication was included in price.
They even sent me photos of the medication to my phone with instructions in english which was great. They messaged me everyday wanting photos so they could make sure the healing process was good. I went back 7 days later for stitches to be removed which was not painful. They were great. My eyes look fantastic and the scar is is so thin and flat. I've seen influences on social media and my scar looks way neater.. Anyway I'm glad I chose Dr erkan and mediface. I have had surgery in Turkey before but these are the best by far. It just helps that they treat you like a human not a cash cow.

Disappointing Experience with Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty

I recently underwent a transconjunctival blepharoplasty procedure at Mediface Aesthetic, hoping to rejuvenate my under-eye area and achieve a refreshed appearance. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations, as I noticed minimal to no change in the targeted areas post-surgery.

Despite the disappointing outcome, I must commend the staff and doctor for their exceptional professionalism and friendliness throughout the process. They provided thorough explanations and reassurance, which initially instilled confidence in me. However, the results simply did not align with the expectations set during the pre-operative consultations.

The lack of noticeable improvement leaves me questioning the effectiveness of the procedure and its worthiness of the financial investment. While I acknowledge that individual outcomes can vary, the disparity between anticipated results and reality is disheartening.

In conclusion, while I appreciated the warm demeanor of the staff and doctor, I cannot overlook the significant discrepancy between the promised outcome and the actual results of my transconjunctival blepharoplasty. As a result, I find it challenging to recommend this procedure based on my personal experience.
