A company you can truly trust
I genuinely enjoy ordering from Medica Depot. Their customer service is excellent if there is ever an issue with an order, no matter what it is, they actually call me personally to explain and keep me updated. That kind of service makes a huge difference. They are a company I can trust, the products are authentic and high quality, and they have an amazing selection. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re so happy to hear that you love our service and product selection, and we truly appreciate your continued support.
We completely understand your concern, especially with the warmer temperatures in Kauai. We currently have something in the works to provide additional care for temperature sensitive shipments and help ensure products arrive within their recommended temperature range.
In the meantime, because you are located in a warmer climate, please feel free to request extra ice packs when placing your order. Our team will be more than happy to add them to your shipment at no additional charge to help provide some extra protection during transit.
Thank you again for your feedback and for being a valued customer!

MedicaDepot is a company you can trust!
MedicaDepot is a company you can trust. I've ordered from companies with delayed to no response on shipping or delays. This company provides shipping status, a point of contact for your orders (who also responds in a timely manner) and provides options for when orders get "lost" the infamous fedex (another story). I will stay with this company from here on out. Just wish I would have found them sooner. Thanks for great customer service! Above and beyond.
