I contacted Meadfleet regarding some invoices and a potential overpayment on my account. Mandy immediately took ownership of the issue, gathered all the relevant details, and provided a clear, detailed breakdown of the balance and payments made.
It turned out I was in credit, and Mandy promptly arranged for a refund cheque without any haggling or pushback.

Biodiversity presentation
Paul Cassidy and some of his colleagues came to present to the Royston Wildlife Group about biodiversity. Paul had already led a walk on nearby Therfield Heath and had impressed everybody with his knowledge and enthusiasm about wildlife. His presentation was equally as interesting and informative and thus well received. It was encouraging to see how a commercial company can be ethical and dedicated to bodiversity. I would highly recommend Paul and Meadfleet to present at any wildlife meeting.

Fantastic customer service
Speed of query to resolution has been fantastic. I received an initial email response from Mandy confirming she was investigation my query and would respond as soon as possible which was within 24 hours. Mandy’s response was extremely comprehensive and pre-empted my next questions and options for resolution.
Companies such as this can be notoriously difficult to communicate with but this experience has been second to none thanks to Mandy’s professionalism and efficiency.

I am in the process of purchasing a…
I am in the process of purchasing a property and I am being told there is roughly £700 worth of fees and deposits to pay for us to simply change the name from the sellers to ourselves, and Meadfleet will not even supply a management pack to the solicitors so why would we then be having to pay these fees if you cannot even provide this?

We recently had to contact Meadfleet Legal Department to assist us with the transfer of our property after the demise of my sister.
I want to thank Katie Briars for the excellent service she & her team provided especially when our solicitors were very slow in completing the transfer process. Katie Briars was so prompt in her communication and got me up to speed about their side of communication , which was very prompt to the solicitors. I had to step in to speed up the process and with Katie's professional assistance this got completed within a matter weeks. Thank you very much Katie for assistance.

Mandy was wonderful helping my sister in law Norma with paying her bill. Norma is 81 years old, she certainly doesn't understand modern technology, she hasn't got a smart phone and gets confused with telephone automated calls, so it was very kind of Mandy to telephone Norma to take payment over the phone. I can't thank her enough.
