Was having issues paying a bill on the automated system which resulted on a late payment charge being added to an already expensive bill. I emailed numerous times prior to this but had no response also rang but found it impossible to speak to a human. Rang Jake Davis as he had helped with a fencing issue prior to this so i had his number. Although this is not his remit he helped resolve the matter and the late payment charge was removed. Thank you

Inadequate waste bin and damaged grass and shrubs
Jake Davis dealt very promptly with an issue with the waste bin on our play area and damage to grass, which we have been asking for in the past with no results. We look forward to seeing the results of his proposals. He actually listened and took notice of the problems so well done Jake and thank you.

Meadfleet, Joanne, Attitude site, enriching our open space
Joanne is very approachable and we had a good chat about the open space on our development. A few days later she dropped by with some wild flower seeds and a bird feeder as we had mentioned we were hoping to get some and sow them ourselves as we are very enviromentally friendly and love the nature the open space gives us.
