I was potentially buying a property in Mevagissey, May Whetter & Grose did the survey and consequently saved me from buying a serious Pup which could have cost me £1000s.

I needed a mundic block test in connection with my house sale. Unfortunately Covid-19 intervened and delayed matters, but the staff I spoke to and / or dealt with at May Whetter & Grose before the visit, during the testing and after receipt of the report were all helpful, efficient and pleasant.I would recommend their services.

Very helpfuk
Couldn't have been more helpful, checking in whilst things stalled due to lockdown was nice. From the first phone call to the office, to collecting the keys, May Whetter and Grose were professional and talked us through every step as first time buyers.
Would definitely use again if we decide to sell in the future.

The best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with!
I have always been a tenant and can honestly say this is the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. From start to finish Amy, Nathan and Julie have been extremely helpful and professional. Any time I called they are available and reply to my emails almost instantly! Just what you need with an estate agent! Any issues I’ve had once I moved into the property have been resolved the same day and I can not rate these guys highly enough, if I could give 10 stars I would :)
