Nathan/Julie/Amy at MWG - We first experienced the letting team…
I first experienced the letting team at MWG St Austell (Nathan/Julie/Amy) after a bad experince with another letting agency for the same flat I wanted. When MWG took on the flats - what a difference!! The MWG team were brilliant, helpful, supportive, proactive - from the moment I first spoke with them, when I moved into the flat, gave me full support during my stay and when I left the flat too.
No request was too small, and they always followed up. I would recommend them to anyone and I can safely give them my best compliment... "we trusted them to be there for us, and they were". Thanks MWG lettings team in St Austell.

My wife and recently approached MW&G in…
My wife and recently approached MW&G in order to view an apartment.
We were expertly and efficiently guided through every detail by their
letting manager Amy Collins, putting our minds at rest by detailing the
precautions that were in place with regard to our Covid concerns.
I was greatly impressed by the concerns and understanding Amy showed
to a couple of geriatrics, being as it transpired that Amy is just 20 years old.
As an employer myself I envy MW&G having such a pleasant and professional
ambassador in their employ.
The punchline to this ordinary comment is, that Amy mentioned, only half in
passing, that she was working from home whilst suffering herself with
the Corona virus complicated with tonsillitis.
This gutsy young lady deserves unreserved praise.
I hope you are listening MW&G. And no, I'm not her Granddad, but would be proud to be so.

A team you can trust
We worked with May Whetter during Covid crisis - which was challenging to say the least - and could not have had a better experience. As everything ground to a stop in lockdown we were kept informed and given sound advice on timings and how best to proceed from offer to completion.
Can highly recommend the St.Austell team if you are looking for group of highly competent professionals who not only know their stuff but are also great people to deal with.

Commercial letting agent.... second to none!
We asked Nathan in the commercial department at May Whetter Grose to let our shop in St Austell. He was thorough and honest in all our dealings. Being a chartered surveyor, I always try and use a recommended professional and in our decision, we were not wrong. Thoroughly recommend them for commercial lettings.
