MWG offered assistance at all points along the way during my house sale and purchase. The process was complicated by a probate issue which delayed my purchase, requiring me to let and rent the two properties until this was granted. However, support was there from both St Austell and Fowey offices whenever I needed it. Would recommend.

Provided an excellent service to us in selling mum’s flat in a very niche market place. They were always at the end of the phone to check and chase things along when required.

Absolutely great. We were buyers of a property for sale through them and they could not have been more helpful. Kept everything moving (8 weeks from viewing to completion) which in Cornwall this summer must be something of a record. As this was a move to a new permanent home (not a holiday home) it was great to deal with such a good company. Thanks for all the help.

I found the initial service good-it got my business. Following on from this the service was poor. I didn’t get call backs when I asked and at times I felt that they were working for the purchaser. It was only when I said I would pull out of the sale that I felt things were progressed quicker. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t use again.
