My experience Im sending money to the Philippines on a regular basis most times it is sent in minutes sometimes it can take up to 12 hours why is this happening the beneficiary needs the money as quickly as possible please advise very frustrating...End of the day the beneficiary needs the money quickly as possible....

Disgusting money remittance! They hold the money for few days. Whenever you check it always says pending. If you try to contact them nobody answeres the call. Asked to refund the money then they said they will prioritized your account! And Oh they said they needed more documentation but none of them reaches on me so i can provide whatever they need! I had to ring them millions times to be able to speak to human being! Waste of time!

Has higher conversion rate than others but they charge $3.49 fee. The money was not transferred fast. Recipient received it the next day. Also I did not receive the referral bonus even after the condition of the program was met.

I transferred my funds on 11/12/2025 at 10:30am. As of 12/12/2025 at 10:40am, the funds still have not been credited to the account in India. In addition, I have been calling customer service repeatedly and have spent several hours trying to reach someone, but no one is answering the phone. I also sent an email and submitted a message through your website, but I have not received any response.

Pathetic customer service ..! Signed up on 2-Dec-2025 and upload my documents for verification, called on next day for the update and the lady told me it take 24 hours, after that nothing happends , called multiple times on 4-Dec-2025 about the verfication delays but no one is attending any phone call for 20-30 minutes and call disconnected..Today 8-Dec-2025 i called again and No one has received the call again and after 3 hours they called me back at 10:30 PM, saying thanks for your feedback we will email you once your account is verified and the guy was so arrogant. Be careful everyone.. stay away

Extremely slow, never answers calls, and doesn’t respond to emails. The work is delayed again and again. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I do not believe I am overstating this, but feel this company is a SCAM. KEEP AWAY!!!!
I set up an account with this remittance firm on December 3. Did everything asked which logically would make sense under current AUSTRAC compliance. Uploaded passport details, address and contact details. The system initially seemed simple. Added recipients details in the Philippines including bank details. The system even confirmed I had an operational account.
THEN.....Once you click send or utilise PAY-ID...They have got you.!!
Only after you have paid, you do not receive a thank you for using us, instead you receive an email to say your remittance is on hold until you fulfill demands of unnecessarily sensitive financial documents. Isn't this a modern day form of ransom?
As of Dec 8, no sign of the remittance being transferred. Customer service are non responsive and once on hold waiting in the queue your call will automatically disconnect after 20 minutes.
If the company were honest, wouldn't they ask that such documents be arranged before your first remittance?
They may be holding lots of funds and who knows what they do with it while it is on hold? They say that you have 5 business days to submit the information. I have no idea what happens after that?

Personally walked past the registered office in the city and found it to be an IT conglomerate instead.

Update as of Dec 10, funds still frozen in limbo and the organisation refuse to carry through with the remittance nor return the funds in full.

A common reply by this firm to customer complaints is as follows....
"As a regulated remittance provider, we are required to follow strict compliance and anti-money laundering guidelines. In certain cases, our system may request additional documentation to ensure the safety and legitimacy of all transfers".

There is an emerging pattern where they tend to basically copy and paste the same reply to each unhappy customer here on TP regardless.
Such a response is totally unacceptable. Again if this were a prerequisite to remitting funds abroad, then why would an account be eligible in the first place?
To deliberately hold your first remittance has to be illegal and I am taking this to higher authorities to have this investigated by AUSTRAC, AFCA and ASIC.
I appeal other customers to rally together and do the same.
Very disappointed I fell for this.
I for one will not see this company operating much longer. I am shocked that this should happen in Australia today.

Update as of Dec 11. Emailed the organisation again as per TP request and have had no reply.
Update as of Dec 12, emailed the company once again with regard to their TP posting below.
After 9 days...Finally upon 12noon, funds returned to the original account in full. Sigh of relief. Putting up such a battle should not be necessary in todays remittance industry.
I would be disappointed in TP if they decide to take down my original post despite this heavily exhausting chapter finally drawn to a close.

Pathetic service, thousand querries. Delayed response. Delayed transfer. You got to call them many times. Better chose another money transfer

I saw their ad on Facebook and decided to give them a try. I made my transfer on 3rd of December. The very next day, they asked to verify my id and purpose of transfer which i provided but after 2 days they asked some additional information which doesn't make sense such as provide your all id documents, provide last six months back statement and payslips, prove your relationship with the payee and some other useless things. My transfer was less than 500$ and it doesn't make sense why they asking such a detailed explanation and information. I had a doubt before that they are not legit but know im 100% sure they are scammer
