Excellent service from Sean and Sean, who were very polite and jovial. The job was very efficiently done, seemingly in no time, and my house was left nice and clean.

The team arrived on time, unaware that we'd asked for a loft clearance, due to a communication breakdown at the other end; they didn't moan at all and had finished insulating our loft by lunchtime, despite having to shimmy round quite a lot of stuff. Sean and Sean were cheerful and polite and I'd recommend them

The survey was done on Wednesday afternoon and the foam insulation was installed by lunchtime the following Monday.
The polite and helpful surveyor, Aaron, fully explained the process and answered our questions clearly.
The installation guys, Sean and Sean, arrived on time, were friendly, polite and did the installation in a couple of hours, with minimum fuss and no mess.
The end to end experience was very professional throughout and I would definitely recommend

Excellent service by Karl and James who installed cavity wall insulation for us today.
They were very professional. They first reviewed & validated with us the scope of the work, then explained clearly how they were going to perform the work. Many holes were drilled for the insulation to be fed it, but all were cement filled and repainted - we have white render.
After they had finished the work, they air sprayed the brick dust from the house and then hosed down the surrounding area.
Very impressed with the service and highly recommend Mass Foam Systems.

Tim & Sasha were fantastic explaining everything and asking if we had any questions or concerns all carpets were covered and Tim took pictures of all the work it looked very tidy and everything was left spotless all within an hour or so. very satisfied with every aspect of their work. Very friendly and polite wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mass Foam Systems to anyone wanting to insulate their loft can’t remember the name of the foam used but Tim explained it’s the gold standard insulation.

Excellent. I was given very good information prior to the visit from Tim & Sasha. I did not have to go up to the loft at all as they covered everything; they worked quickly & efficiently with appropriate protective clothing (PPE) then cleaned up. It was a pleasure to have them. I’m VERY HAPPY. Thank you

Darren and Paul arrived early, had to climb on to a neighbour's flat roof to get their hoses into our house, and did a good job. We have an awkward low attic roof, so the applying of the foam was not easy, but every inch was covered after 2 hours. Stairs and carpet were covered by their sheets and they cleaned up afterwards.

They arrived early, the job was done very quickly. sean & sean were very polite workers. They laid sheets on the stairs to protect the carpet. They swept up after themselves. Done a neat job in the loft. Hopefully, save on energy bills by having the loft insulated with the Icyene spray foam.

Did a brilliant job from start to finish Darren worked very hard under the circumstances with not a lot of room well done would recommend no problem.

Sean and Tony arrived on time as expected and were extremely helpful in preparing my attic ready for the job which was carried out very effectively and efficiently. At all times they were very courteous and just thoroughly good guys and did an excellent job. Would totally recommend them. Mike H
