We had the loft insulated today by Sean and Sean, they arrived on time very polite finished the work quickly and efficiently and cleared up after the job was done, and it looks a good job.

Contracted Massfoam for cavity wall insulation having noticed that the old walls in our house are always colder than those of the extension. Process through booking appointment to arrival was very smooth, with Lisa keeping me updated throughout. When James and Carl came to do the job, they were extremely courteous and tidy. I look forward to my office not being so cold this winter and my energy bills not being affected in the way Putin would like them to be!

Tim & Sasha are a hard working couple. Tim got into parts of our loft no other work men have been able to gain entry to and showed me pictures of it all now fully insulated. Everything was left clean and tidy dust sheets we laid but house still completely vacuumed.

Prompt arrival by James and Carl, as promised. A really first-class job carried out in a timely and skilful manner. When the Cavity Wall Insulation had been installed, they cleaned up behind them and it was almost like they had never been. What more could you ask for? Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Alex and Zak arrived a bit late due to traffic issues, and proceeded to set up our roof space to be sprayed.Both guys were polite clean and considerate. They reviewed the job, set the system to get to the right temperature, dust sheeted their access and were then in the loft for about 3 hours. Their workmanship is very good, am well pleased. They cleaned up and went on their way to their next appointment. Both good lads. Thanks T.

Tim and Sasha were wonderful working very hard and very quickly. The new insulation look’s brilliant incredibly neat and we’re delighted we’ve had it done.
Everything was covered yet the whole house was hoovered and left clean and tidy. Tim answered all questions we had and told us more about Icynene than the surveyor also reassuring us that the roof beam timbers are all in very good condition which we were worried about being an older property.
Lovely people very professional knowledgeable and polite.

They arrived on time they covered all the areas up into the loft and in the loft they carried out the work thoroughly and cleaned the way as they found it. Thank you for a good job well done.

Darren and Jenny worked really hard, they were quick and efficient. They left my house as clean and tidy as when they arrived.
I was especially impressed that Jenny called me at 09:00 to say that they were delayed in traffic.
Both Jenny and Darren were polite and cheerful. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the work.

Just had Mass Foam upgrade the older parts of our house (1890 & 1950) that were previously uninsulated. Great and clear advice on what we needed and especially what we didn’t. Arrived as agreed, proceeded to do the job as planned and were as tidy as possible. One down side having your walls drilled is a noisy and dusty business so be prepared for that. If we had to do it again, happy to recommend them.

After cancelling three appointments due to van and equipment breakdown Gary and John arrived. They were very professional and did a good job with no mess.

Today we had our roof laged by Massfoam systems.co. uk. by two very nice young men, Sean & Sean They cleared our loft for us, and then when they had finished they put everything back and hoovered up the slight mess that these big jobs have. I acnnot recomend highly enough to anyone who might be thinking of using this Company, they were brillant.

I needed my loft insulation brought up to the government standard and my cavity walls insulated. Mass Foam Systems' James and Karl arrived early and did an excellent job. They were both friendly and professional, explained everything they were going to do, worked fast and thoroughly, and showed me the finished work so that I could approve it before they left.
Encountering an unforeseen problem, they made helpful suggestions and put me in touch with their office to resolve it. James and Karl were easy to have in the house, clean, tidy, and cheerful.
I would make one small suggestion to the company. Bringing a garden blower/vac to suck up the excess insulation material that inevitably spills out when the cavities are filled would be a useful service.
Overall, excellent service and high-quality workmanship.
