Quick response to email, prompt delivery, polite couple, set everything up and packed away all on time. We used for our sons 10th birthday party and the blow up obstacle course was a huge hit!

This is a terrible company to deal with. AVOID.

What a complete load of tosh.

They appear reasonably priced. They respond quickly to get your booking and in sending you bills.

For anything else, for example when you ask reasonable questions, they are too busy. All you get is excuses. Mark Marshalls comes over from the start and disinterested and annoyed when you call. He quickly turns argumentative and uncompromising when you complain.

In our case, we booked a marquee for our wedding. They refused to provide the site visit they promised. They refused to meet in person. They took ages to reply to email and then did not answer our questions.

We eventually lost confidence in them. We asked for our deposit back. They said no, even thought they had done NOTHING. We are in the process of going to The Ombudsman and making a small claim in Court.

Just simply avoid them and hire a professional marquee company. These are not.

I made my booking really last minute as I had a panic about needing a larger castle than the one I had originally ordered. In the website there was loads of choice and booking was easy. I had read a few reviews after booking and actually emailed to double check everything was in place and I was reassured. On the day the driver called me telling me he was 20 mins away and double checking it was ok to deliver early as we had a village hall so he wanted to make sure I had the keys etc. set up was quick and exactly as I wanted. The he double checked what time the party finished and he turned up right on time to collect! I was really pleased.
I would definitely use again and would urge people not to be put off by a few negative reviews, my experience was really positive!

The organiser and delivery driver process for my bouncy castle was very pleasant and timely. There was no hassle in booking and delivery as a last minute birthday party plan.
Really recommend this company for making our day memorable. Kids and adults really enjoyed the time.

Castle was over 30 minutes late, and appears to have been stored at the bottom of a lake.
Delivery driver “attempted” to dry the castle with 2 hand towels but the castle caused a huge puddle on the floor, causing kids to fall over.
Then the driver was an hour late collecting the castle despite us confirming and double checking that he would be there 30 minutes before we had to be out the room. When he did arrive he had the balls to blame it on traffic.
Heres a tip… most map apps show you how long a journey will take, make sure you leave with enough time to get to your destination.
F’in appalling customer service. We didnt receive any communication for either delay.
Manager was more than rude.

If I could leave a 0* review, I would. We used this company 4 years ago and had no issues so stupidly booked them again for my daughters birthday party… really wished I’d read some of these reviews before jumping the gun and booking as I can agree with every point!

The bouncy castle arrives (late by the way) and it is absolutely dripping wet. The guy seems embarrassed and apologises, does what he can to dry it off with the towels he has. Says if he’d of known he’d of cancelled but he wasn’t working yesterday so didn’t know it would be in this state. We manage to negotiate for partial payment, use some paper towels to dry the castle the best we can, clean up the floor from the mess he left and make do with what we have - thankfully we had very understanding guests who didn’t mind getting a bit damp! Agreed a pickup time of 2:30, great. Fast forward to 2:45, no one there. Ringing the company for no answer on multiple occasions. Eventually get through to the owner who couldn’t care less and says it’ll be another 20-30 minutes before the driver will arrive. Keeping in mind we agreed 2:30 and made him aware we only had the room until 3pm, he doesn’t arrive until 3:15, informing us he got ‘stuck in traffic’ (it was a Sunday afternoon…) Thankfully the venue were really accommodating but overall the service and communication from this company was just absolutely shocking and so incredibly unprofessional. Please avoid at all costs!

Even a 1 star is too much for this company… avoid at all cost or your kids will be disappointed!! Booked a castle for granddaughters party today after numerous calls and over 2 hours late was told the castle we ordered wasn’t available and they send replacement… the replacement never turned up and no phone call from them with an apology!! Very upset little girls today… wat sort of business are these people running!! Shocking beyond words!! Ruined my granddaughters day!! 😡😡

Company is a let down doesn’t even have the decency to contact you if they have a faulty item . Delivery guy turns up at your door to say they have sent another bouncy castle instead of the one you ordered!

Ring the company up and they don’t want to answer!

Secondly when we called said they was 12 minutes away to not turn up for another half an hour,
Turned up bouncy castle machine not fully working,
Boss told the man to pack up and leave. ( leaving us and toddlers with no bouncy castle )
Finally sorted another air blower but had to travel to get it another 10 minutes away which was another half an hour of waiting for bouncy castle ,
Please avoid!!! Still had to pay .

Marshall's Castles are fantastic! I ordered a bouncy castle...then asked them to change it...which they did within 6 minutes.
On Saturday our castle arrived and my 6 grandchildren loved it. However, it had a slow puncture so I rang them and left a message.
As soon as possible they returned with an upgraded replacement, at no extra cost...then allowed us an extra day...also at no extra cost!
Such Customer Service is exemplary, so brilliant that, when we have another family day, I can guarantee that I will be going straight back to them again!

Third time using that company each time been brilliant will definitely be using again thank you very much AJ for making my little boys birthday special

This is the second time I have used this company for bouncy castle. Both times they have been excellent! I use them this weekend gone, arrive on time and packed away on time so I wouldn't loose my deposit for the Venue. Think the guy who came was named Jed (apologies if this is not your name), but his delivery of customer service was excellent.

They turned up over half an hour late to the party, Didnt have the full list of items we booked and then was half an hour late collecting it so we had to pay £ 25 for the hall for the hall as we had gone past when the hall was booked for. I wrote a email explaining all this and have heard nothing back. I would not recommend.

Fabulous, turned up 30 mins before party starts time as promised, set up quickly, took down at the time they said. Item was clean, company have been very easy to get in touch with and the prices are very reasonable

The guy you have working for you is not aloud round children, but you let him deliver bouncy castle to children, he’s abusive person & attacks women, he’s been done by the police & waiting to attend court, he’s likes to strangle women, I wouldn’t ever order a bouncy castle of you people again, you guys clearly like to put children’s life in danger having him around delivery bouncy castles, he’s a nasty person & always comes with an attitude when he delivers the bouncy castle, arrives late & picks up early so he can go back and abuse his missus. I don’t recommend at all.

Avoid this company! The bouncy castle arrived late and wasn’t up and ready to use until 40 minutes after my party guests had already arrived. The company owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The bouncy castle itself wasn’t even the one I ordered but I was so relieved to have anything for my 4 year old at this point I accepted delivery. Book elsewhere!

We hired a mini bouncy play area for our little one’s 2nd birthday. It was perfect for the little ones, it had a bouncy area, a slide, a ball pit. We had to change the delivery times a few times (thanks to us being indecisive!) & Marshall’s were very accommodating. The delivery guy was friendly & on time, he got it all sorted and blown up at rapid speed and all for a reasonable price. We will definitely be using them again next year.

I can highly recommend this company ,I've used them 3 times this year ,they are reliable n reasonable priced very good company I will certainly be using them again next year

They stole my garden solar light when collecting their bouncy castle.
And had a bad attitude in general

Their disco dome is a fake version which is not the normal size and thickness, £110 FOR A SMALLER FAKE VERSION.
