Did not have sufficient quantities of one item but kept full informed and given option to wait or refund. Chose to wait and the item later arrived with not too much delay.
I was a little hesitant in placing an order due to feedback I had seen regarding a poor quality ensign and the hazzles by the customer in returning it. I have not had to return items so don't know if that was a one off or not.

I ordered a new halyard for the flagpole on our church tower. My order was despatched the next day and arrived a couple of days after that. Very speedy and efficient.

We ordered from Spain and sent it to my Mothers house. It was for a caravan and we needed it to pump our water. I was going home for Christmas and it was the only way to get it in time so I could bring it home with me. The price was right and it arrived at my Mums day earlier than stated. Very please with service up to now. No experience of returns but not anticipating any trouble if required.

My initial online order was made in haste so I received pintles and gudgeons of slightly too large a diameter for my needs. I used the returns procedure and admitted the error was mine. The staff rang me too ask that I look at specific items on their web site to confirm my choice and acceptance. I received the correct items very quickly thereafter.

Great company, had absolutely no issues, parcel was very quick to arrive.

This is the first time I have seen an advert from a marine based Company and I saw advertised exactly the item which I wanted. It was simple to purchase, and delivered within a short period of time.
