Manning Stainton have been letting my properties for a number of years now. They have always given me a great service, very informative, quick to respond and able to handle any issues that may arise. I am currently in the process of selecting new tenants. The process has gone very smoothly. Shriya Patel has provided a highly professional service and secured new tenants for me in a very short timeframe.

Excelent and professional , Shriya did a very good job ,with no problem putting the house on the market and finding tenants quickly.

Janice was very jovial and professional through out the short period spent with her.

Excellent, professional and helped move into the property quickly

Manning found us new tenants within a week of advertising. The process was fairly seamless but as you would expect there was a lot of steps. Alice kept us on track all the way and made sure we completed our end on time. Thanks for your help. We are not always the easiest customers.

Alice Frielick was the letting agent for my property, she did a great job. Tenants were moved quickly and I was given updates on every step. Alice was supportive and efficient, well organized everything, helped me a lot. It’s a pleasant experience to work with her and the team.

I had the pleasure of working with Alice Frielick during my recent property rental process, and I can confidently say she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, Alice was not only highly professional but also incredibly helpful. She was always just a phone call away, ready to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer advice whenever I needed it. Her dedication to her work and her clients truly stands out.

Alice Frielick was absolutely excellent in helping me rent out my bungalow. She demonstrated great knowledge and understanding throughout the entire process. Alice was incredibly helpful, patient, and showed real empathy, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommended!

Shriya at Manning Stainton has kindly provided us with help and assistance every step of the way on our journey to a new home. Not to mention she's remarkably patient - I suspect she hears my voice in her sleep the amount of times I've contacted them with questions, clarifications and complications she's helped me resolve! We've had plenty of bad experiences with other estate agents in our hunt over the last four months, but Manning Stainton has never steered us wrong. Highly recommended.

We dealt with Alice Frielick through our tenancy process and she was amazing with us. Clear communication, nothing was a bother for her, always answered any questions we had and made sure me and my partner had a smooth journey towards renting our first property together!

I had a pleasure to view 3 of your properties with Janice Freeman. Absolutely wonderful. Friendly, attentive and with great sense of humour. Won't sugarcoat it, she'll tell you exactly what you need to know about the place to make an informed decision. She's a definition of a great agent. Much appreciated.

Just had a viewing with Janice Freeman. She is very warm and friendly, which made looking around the property a relaxed experience Thank you
