Very efficient service

Tenancy is done!
Our overall experience to complete tenancy procedure via Manning Stainton Moortown branch was excellent.
Alice was our letting agent for our home, and did a great job of it. She made things easier, helping us through a few things along the way. She was efficient, professional and supportive, problem solver. Thank-you to Alice and the team for making the whole process a lot easier to deal with.

Just rented a nice property with Manning Stainton. Was wonderful dealing with Alice who followed up and communicated right from the beginning professionally and sorting things out in no time. Happy to continue our new property with Manning.

I have just arranged our next tenants through Manning Stainton. Alice dealt with the arrangements in a very professional manner keeping us updated as necessary. All went very smoothly. Thankyou

Janice is fabulous , so friendly and informative! Couldn’t recommend enough !

Our experience wasnt great with Manning Stainton, we had a lovely viewing we expressed our interest and begin the application process than from there no one contacted us anymore. We followed up twice and been told there was no communication from the landlord than after the call 2 min later we saw the property on the website marked as "Let agreed" Absolute no professionalism, no follow-up, or no communication at all.
Not Recommended, try to avoid if you can

Good service and communication with the team

We have recently moved into our new house and Manning Stainton have been very helpful. Communication has been excellent and they are professional at all times.

Thank you so much Shriya for all your help with my application for my new flat! You were very polite helpful and made the whole process easy. Excited to move in Thank you again Amelia

Alice was great - easy comms over email. Helped with DPS and other legislative changes. Got two excellent tenants in and managed contractors for a leaked roof, and lock change seamlessly.
Thanks again

Alice went above and beyond to make sure I got into the property I wanted, I honestly can't recommend her enough. She was professional, calm, caring and extremely dedicated to the whole process from start to finish. I couldn't be happier in the home we are now in and that wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for Alice doing more than what was ever 'required' of her. A huge thank you! Very highly reccommended.

Had a house viewing today Jan who was showing us round the house was lovely. She made us feel at ease instantly and greeted us with a smile. She showed us the downstairs and then let us explore upstairs on our own which we prefer.

Alice was super helpful, while we are still on the movement process but I can till, she is clear, keen and super helpful

Shriya managed the letting of my property from start to finish. The market was quiet over the winter, but she kept in regular contact and gave sound advice on when to adjust the price. She secured a good offer and handled the paperwork very efficiently. I would definitely recommend her.

Janice was a great agent who made our viewing as suitable for us as she could. Very helpful and nice!!!

Manning Stainton helped us secure a new rented property which was exactly what we were looking for. The customer service they provided was excellent, I would highly recommend.

Great customer service throughout the whole letting process. Shriya was professional, responsive, and very helpful, making everything smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I really appreciated the support and attention to detail.

Picked my keys up for my new place today and working with Manning Stainton has all been so smooth. Alice has been amazing and is a real credit to her company, shes been so helpful and a pleasure to work with, ensuring everything was communicated and sent over. Thank you so much Alice and everyone at Manning Stainton for all your help, you guys are awesome!!

I really love the viewing today, Janice Freeman is such a pleasant, experienced agent. Despite being professional in what she does, she is also accommodating; she was able to answer every questions.
