Excellent sales team at Leek last Autumn. Fitters installed pent roof studio in torrential rain on 15th Nov 2022, saying an after sales person would touch up the paint finish that was impossible to do in the rain. A man came in January 2023, started the rub down prior to touching up the paint but it began to drizzle so he couldn’t carry on. Rain marks the paint finish. The studio has been left open every day since for someone to return on a dry day and finish it, but no-one has done this despite me ringing the office to tell them that, and remind them that the studio is open so they can come any time, and despite exceedingly dry weather for weeks since. Shockingly poor system for finishing the job. Still waiting!

We purchased an ex display studio from Squires garden centre at Sheperton. The site manager, Nick Ludford, was a pleasure to deal with and the whole process was painless. The installation team from Malvern were extremely professional. They arrived on time, were polite, tidy, and after three days left us with a studio that you couldn’t tell was an ex display. We have no hesitation in recommending a purchase from Malvern Buildings.

Quality of shed excellent. Sales team at tates hassocks extremely helpful as we're the main office. The erection team were courteous and did a great job.

This was a large shed which we wanted placed in a slightly awkward corner of our garden to maximise storage without losing too much space.

Everyone involved was brilliant, from the initial communication and suggestions, to the regular updates and the installation guys who did an absolutely fantastic job.

We ordered a large painted shed at the Chippenham showroom, after a number of exploratory visits. Derrick was always so helpful and responsive to our requests and he made us feel very confident about our purchase. His product knowledge is excellent. We are delighted with our shed and would highly recommend Derrick and the company.
We’ve now subsequently returned to order a greenhouse.

We ordered our Malvern Garden Studio from their Hassocks site. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, going so far as to visit our property to ensure that the location and size were suitable.
The whole ordering process was smooth and efficient.
Delivery took place on the agreed date and the installation was carried out with care and attention over the 2 days allowed for the work. The Malvern staff who delivered and installed the Studio were friendly, helpful and thorough.
The whole experience from start to finish proved to be stress free and we are very pleased with the result.

I had my new shed delivered and erected today by 2 very nice men from the Malvern Collection Co.
It looks fantastic and I can’t stop glancing out of the window at it.

I could not speak more highly of Malvern Garden Buildings at Hassocks Garden Centre. Having longed for a Breeze House for many years, we were finally and fortunately in a position to be able to buy one. Simon Cockfield at Malvern Garden Buildings could not have been more attentive. He listened to what we wanted, helped us plan the make and style, came out to measure twice to make sure everything would fit, and helped us in all aspects, keeping us fully informed throughout. The base and Breeze House were installed last week and it looks fantastic. We are overjoyed! Simon and Malvern Garden Buildings - thank you so much for helping us to see our dreams become reality!

After our greenhouse was destroyed by Storm Eunice, I contacted Malvern Garden Buildings about a replacement. I could not be more happy about the help I received with this, both in terms of the selection of an excellent replacement greenhouse and with their introduction to a very good installation firm. I am delighted with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending MGB.

I am thrilled with the summer house I purchased from Malvern Garden Buildings.
The quality is superb.
From my first contact with Kathy, at the Cheltenham site, to the office staff taking my final payment, to the installation team erecting the summer house 12 weeks later, I have been delighted with the service I have received.
There was no hard cell, and Kathy let me know when an offer came up. Kathy gave very valuable advise about the base, glazing, colours ect and made the initial decision's easy to make.
(I changed my mind about the size a week later, and this was no problem).
The two chaps who erected the building (I’m sorry I can’t remember their names) arrived early, worked very hard and left my garden immaculate. They were jolly and polite and very good craftsmen.
The quality of the summer house has exceeded my expectations I have used it every day in rain and shine.

Fantastic advice and support provided by Nick at Malvern regarding a recent greenhouse purchase. He patiently answered all our questions, explained the various options on offer, was totally proactive throughout and went out of his way to try to ensure that we got the best possible service from the suppliers. Very happy customers!

I purchased an ex display Malvern model from The Glasshouse People at a Garden Centre in Southampton. The unit was delivered on time and the 2 man installation team were quick, polite and very helpful.
The unit itself despite being an ex display model is sturdy and weatherproof and I am extremely happy with it. I spoke to the team at Malvern a couple of times to sort out invoicing etc and they were always very helpful.
All in all a hassle free experience

Great service all round and we're really pleased with our garden office.

We were slightly concerned as we'd read some negative feedback about the installation and after sales service. However, we went ahead and placed the order. The sales team were brilliant, the installation team were really friendly and polite. There was a small issue with the paint finish on the corner of one of the windows, but we reported this to Malvern the issue was resolved quickly.

Overall, a brilliant service and we're really pleased.
