Really poor quality products
Really poor quality products. My makeup bag arrived, and I could smell it's chemical reek even before opening the box. Inside, I discovered a very cheap imitation leather bag, squeezed flat as a pancake, and smelling like a tire factory. It's beyond cheaply made, and I don't expect it to last more than a month or two.
I also ordered a Ruby jewellery organizer - it's also poorly made, and even branded with another company's logo. Clearly resold cheap Chinese junk.

Terrible communication, Christmas gift still hasn't arrived !!!
Ordered a gift for Christmas, now 3 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. Today I found this page with very similar reviews...wish I didn't order from this company.

The worst online shopping experience
The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
On December 6, I ordered one of their bags, unfortunately not noticing the words “pre-order” written in small print. My mistake entirely. I decided to make another purchase immediately (of a product that was already available) and quickly wrote to customer service asking them to cancel the first order, as it would never arrive in time for Christmas.
This is where the circus began. Customer service replied that it was not possible to cancel an order once it had been placed because they are processed automatically. I pointed out that it was a pre-order and that the website clearly stated that it would be shipped from December 24.
They replied again, first saying that the order had already been shipped (so what kind of pre-order would that be?), then correcting themselves and saying that it was simply not possible.
I had to send an excessive number of emails before they accepted my request: JUST TO BE CLEAR, I only insisted because it was a pre-order, otherwise I would not have reacted like that.
Let's move on to the other order, the Christmas gift. I only received the order tracking on December 15, noting an unpleasant surprise: the only update was from December 8, a simple label stating that the information had been sent to the courier.
However, I tried to remain hopeful, as the estimated delivery date was between December 24 and December 27.
On December 24, I noticed that the tracking information had not been updated, so I decided to write another email asking for an explanation.
The problem was not the delay itself but the lack of updates; the package seemed to have simply disappeared.
They replied the next day, on Christmas Day, telling me that the package had been returned to their warehouse because “the address was wrong,” an address I use for all my purchases: NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM, ALWAYS HAVING TO CHASE THEM.
When they asked for a correct address (which they already have), I simply asked for a refund because there was no point in waiting another month to receive such a useless package. They replied today saying that they cannot refund me because they have to send me the package again first, and only when I receive it can I start a return procedure.
Does this seem normal to you? Is this customer service? I don't receive my order and you don't want to refund me?
UPDATE 14/01
The bag finally arrived, completely late and therefore no longer wanted as a gift. My repeated requests for a refund were ignored, but I did receive a refund of €4 (the shipping cost). That said, it was a terrible experience and I will never buy from them again.
UPDATE 21/02
In the end, I was fully reimbursed. What remains is a terrible experience, customer service that must be pushed to be heard, and unclear processes.
As recommended before: buy elsewhere.

I bought 3 items
Just after 5 days after buying I received a mail for transport.
5 days later transport information is still on “status unknown”
The organisation is a bad communicator and they don’t give sending tranpsort information.
10 days after buying!!!! No information!!
My advice is: don’t buy here. To vague.

I ordered 3 bags on Dec 5. This allowed plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. They did not fill the order, according to their site till Dec 15. It is not Dec 22 and it is still not in transit. I am very disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered and paid Nov 25. Working hard to buy directly from companies and not through amazon.
They told me delivery between Dec 10 - 16. It's Dec 18 and no sign of it.
Other duplicitous practices:
- the help bot says they "typically respond in a few minutes but here's an email in case" - they never respond at all via the bot
- sent an email 2 days ago. their response: "good news your item has shipped! blah blah" then some cartoon language solving nothing
- if you hit "refund policy" on their site, it takes you to a page selling products and nothing about refunds
While I'm now leaving for Christmas without 2 of these bags for my daughters, I'm most livid about these scam business practices.
And how much time will it take for me to get a refund for products that don't exist

Never Received My Order
I never received the 2 Sally bags that I ordered back in July. There was a delivery exception (I live in a big city and have successfully ordered many deliveries to my address before), and even though I reached out to customer service 4 times, still been no response about a refund or about resending my order.
Extremely frustrating experience.

UPDATE: After some back and forth and an initial refund denial, the company ultimately agreed to refund me after I shared my experience and left an honest review. I’m grateful the issue was resolved.
That said, it’s unfortunate, as I genuinely liked the bag itself and had hoped to purchase another in the future. Due to this experience, however, I won’t be returning as a customer.
I sent the item back shortly after receiving it—opened once to inspect, then carefully repackaged and sent back via express FedEx the following day. I was later informed that the zipper was allegedly damaged, which was surprising, as I had taken photos of the item’s condition before shipping it back.
I was offered a partial refund of 15%, which was disappointing given the circumstances. I also noticed that a notable number of reviews mention similar experiences, which raises some concerns.

In response to company reply on trustpilot. Yes as mentioned in my review I was contacted and offered partial refund and replacement product. The quality was better but still not what I would have expected from the price of the product. I was encouraged in the follow up email to take down this review due to the partial refund and replacement product. But my issues still stand about being blocked, the issues of communication and bad quality. And no instagram didn't block my comments. You're inferring that I spammed comments to get attention when I did not. I was definitely manually blocked by the team from two of my accounts which makes me think it's a policy of the company to block comments that could sound bad. I was not rude at all. Just enquired.
It's also not true that you didn't receive a response. I did respond and confirmed that I got the replacement and was still not happy with the quality. I was then contacted again being offered partial refund and replacement as if you guys didn't keep track that we already went through this process. I ignored that email. I'd be happy to send the product back if you want to send me shipping label, but you can't and shouldn't try to bribe your way out of reviews you don't like. Use this energy to fix the underlying issues.
Update 2: It seems when you go through the process of interacting with them, they sent me partial refund, a replacement product which was still bad quality and asked again that I change my review....It seems if you don't the company then tells Trustpilot that I have reviewed the wrong domain??? Really? It just keeps getting worse. Fix your communication problems BEFORE it gets to this point on Trustpilot. Now they want to 'clean it up'. I've gone from being frustrated and just want to be heard to now being extremely irritated and annoyed at the attitude and approach, even though all communications to me is saying the perfect things.
Update : they contacted me after I left this review and asked me to consider changing my review. They were apologetic and gave me a partial refund as well as sending a replacement product for the defective item. I'm still blocked on instagram despite the apology from them. There's also a spelling mistake on their website ribbon & after pointing it out, a week later it's still there? Replacement product of jewelry organiser is better, but still not good quality. The make up bag organisers are okay but very disappointed with the quality. Customer service only seem to kick in once a negative review is left on Trust pilot.
AVOID buying. They sent a very poor quality product with faults. I sent an email with photos to request a refund. It's almost been three weeks. No response. I've also tried their website chat feature twice and starting commenting on instagram posts to see if I can get a response but instead THEY BLOCKED ME??? I wasn't rude at all. I feel scammed now as it wasn't cheap and feel cheated that I found out they are in Canada and not Australia as they seemed to appear.
