Looks great however stem bolts and…
Looks great however stem bolts and brake bolts where very tight this can be seen as a good thing but I’m a brakeless rider and I decided to try to take the brakes of but couldn’t due to how tight the bolts where overall such a great bike and is light weight.

Have you tried using a decent length allen key on it? it may just require a bit of additional leverage.
I would pop in to your local bike shop if you do feel a little unsure doing this though.

Had the bike a month and already having…
Had the bike a month and already having problems. The stockist hasn't honoured the warranty as I didn't get it checked by another bike shop within a week of receiving it. Total rip off and non existent customer service.

As it states in our terms and conditions which you have to agree to in order to purchase with us, a PRI check must be carried out by a qualified bicycle shop, this will then qualify you for the warranty.
Im sorry that you feel we have not honored our warranty, i can assure you that for genuine warranty issues we will cover parts no problem.

Very happy with the product and…
Very happy with the product and service. Bike came quickly and reasonably priced.
Only thing is sort the material the brake pads are made out of as when wet they squeak very loudly and no matter what you do you can’t get rid of it. My sons friends have the same issue. I’ve had to replace with different ones which now don’t squeak.

I know you said you have since bought new pads however just incase the noise occurs again try searching for "toeing in brake pads" look for some how to videos and this should help with brake noise.

This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. She loves it. There was one issue though when ordered we asked for white walled tyres but the bike actually came with black. Apart from that the bike is good and my granddaughter very happy. Thank you

the bike is shocking the pedals broke…
the bike is shocking the pedals broke the same day I got the bike the paint started coming off all most instantly. This company is horrible for bikes would not recommend this company what so ever build your own bike if you want it for the colour as it will come off after a week or so
