never had a problem with the bike it is amazing, I had good service and I've had this bike for 3 years and never had to replace the parts on it and I ride it every day. awesome guys keep up the great work everybody except for parents have a mafia bike In my family and I have 5 siblings

Their bikes are amazing although the pedal thread has worn smooth but gave me a new crank arm for a highly discounted price! Would buy from their again

STAY AWAY. I bought a BMX for commuting and this was my fourth bmx.
Straight out and riding it for 2min, noticed that the front wheel is making a grinding noise. THE BEARINGS HAD NO GREASE!. What a joke.
The bottom bracket axel is bent. Chain tension increases and decreases as you pedal because of this. The chain snapped after 6 months.
After 8 months the rear wheel hub is disintegrating. The bearings are just gone.
The tyres are so soft that every single small piece of glass just goes through and you need to repair inner tubes at least 2 times a week

I AM USING THIS JUSt FOR COMMUTING!. If you take the bike to a skate park it will disintegrate on the first jump.

Wished I had read the reviews before I purchased for my son.Purchased for Christmas 2018 and within weeks the left peddle continuously came loose. Contacted Mafia who informed me that usless we have had the bike serviced/checked by a professional comapnay within one week of purchase the warrenty is void.Why on earth would anyone pay £370 for a bike, then pay out for a service 1 week later!
After sales service is shocking, they get your money then they have no interest.
My son wanted to personalise his bike and buy the parts from Mafia.....they won't get another penny out of me.

MIxed experience for me. I brought a Mafia Blackjack D jump bike and it seems they dont assemble them properly in the factory. The crank arm had been tapped so that the pedal went in at an angle . I called them at the factory filled in the form and they are sending me a new crank and pedal. Now either the cranks and bottom bracket have not been put on properly or something is wrong . I keep hearing popping noises from the bottom bracket and consequently the chain tension has gone , reading here this is a common problem with their bikes. I brought this bike with the intention of changing most of the components. So heres hoping the frame doesnt rust because I brought it for the frame. It is what it is I guess. A Haro equivalent of the same bike would have cost me £200.00 more. But I cant complain about the customer service as they were quick to reply to any problem I have had
Update . I just received 2 new cranks Bottom bracket and 2 new pedals. So im changing my review to 5 stars. Prompt service. I cant fault them from the experience Ive had.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Brought a bike from this company on 2/8/18. Already it has 12 points of rust over the bike. I contacted mafiabikes about this and all they said was it’s not a warrety issue as it’s down to lack of care and maintenance. 1 the bike has been kept indoors. 2 it’s been ridden twice. 3. How much and what maintemce should be done to a brand new bike in 6 weeks. There customer service is terrible. I first contacted by email and got a copy and pasted reply so I rung them as was abruptly told go online and fill out the warrenty form which I did, there response was as above lack of manitence. Since this I have sent numerous emails and still got the same response. Seeing as I paid through PayPal I thought I would open a case and hit them where it hurts in there bank account. Even after losing £199 to PayPal while case is open they still ha ethe exact same response. After taking some advise i states I will be enforcing my consumer rights and issuing a letter to that fact stating how they are in breach of contract under consumer law. I got a little further they now said send the bike back at my own cost they will inspect and refund me an amount they deemed fair. I politely turned down this offer knowing full well they would offer me a stupidly low amount as a refund and I would either have to take that or pay for my bike to be returned to me. Thankfully I’m not as stupid as they think I am. I’m now holding out for either a full refund and they paying for the return of the bike or a sizeable refund to go towards buying a good quaility bike which I was lead to believe they sell. Just a same I can’t upload the pictures to back up my complaint.

Pure shoddy quality bikes, avoid at all costs. Aftersales service is a joke, you'll get no help from them whatsoever. If you want a rusty crappy bike with cheap components then hit their website and get ordering nasty Chinese rubbish.

Nice bike for wheeling as I have seen on YouTube but I need to know what the seat post size is because I am looking in to buying one.

just bought the madmain and the brakes where squeeking so I have loosened them but its a problem with the spring because when a brake it is not going back its just staying there and rubbing against the rim so I had a look but couldn't find the spring

bikes are good, downside is my forks were faulty and bent so had to request a replacement. They do get sent out in black which is a downside but its because most of the madmain's come with black forks so they can afford to replace some. Overall these are great bikes, dont believe what the celebrities tell ya! there wrong!

Bought a charged purple hitmain frame last year. It came next day. Did have a few minor marks but was discounted in first place so wasn’t too fussed. It rides lovely tbh as a Bmx should. Not ridden many better frames and a lifetime warranty. Can’t go wrong. When this one has served its time I’ll defo get another. Hopefully still doing chrome ones when the time comes. Oh n derek at mafia who I dealt with was sound. Don’t believe all you hear is all I can say.

Excellent, bike arrived in perfect condition with only minimal assembly required.

Ordered my sons bike ! Neomain for £ 379 , due to my son having his last one stolen from him so this was to replace the stolen one so as you can imagine my son was over the moon when it came ... didn’t last long as they had sent 2 crank arms with no thread in them, rang up about this and they said they will send new ones out .. these came 2 days later only to open the box and find 2 black crank arms in there, ( should have been same colour as bike !!) rang them AGAIN to be told sorry they don’t have any to match the bike :-( put these crank arms on only to find they had sent 2 of the same side crank arm so when my son pedals one of his pedals fall off !! :-( ... son then came to me saying his bike was making a funny noise it was his spokes not tight enough in both wheels! So still hasn’t been able to ride his bike! by this time I’d had enough . Emailed about all these problems and all I got back was not there problem after 1 day of the bike being road !!! Not very good customer services really when you spend nearly 400 pound on a bike and get told tuff basically !! Then took the bike to Halfords to pay to have it fixed and they were disgusted in how loose the spokes were and after I explained my other problems with the bike they said to send the bike straight back and request a replacement or money back! My son is a massive lover of his bike but I will never buy from you again !!!! All you had to do was stop and think there is a lot that has gone wrong on this bike I think we need to do a straight swap for a new one and you would have had a fab review! Ermmmm no we were NOT happy about it at all !!! We were told you had none of the original ones any were couldn’t get them from any were !!! So what were we ment to do use the bike with his feet on the floor ?? And yes you did send a t-shirt out thanks !! Made up for such a balls up of a bike !!! Really starting to wind me up now !! So explain why you sent 2 of the same crank arms ? Let’s hear your excuse for this one ... I suppose we called and I said oh don’t worry about it I’ll just keep getting him to put the peddle back on each time it falls of did I ? ... look there is no excuse for allllll the things gone wrong on this bike ... now your not prepared to put this bike right so stop making excuses up ... sons had his bike weeks now not been able to ride it because of all your mistakes!! Your not prepared to sort the mess out so like I said won’t buy from your selves ever again !!

The bikes are bad I break a part every month, my friend bought a bike to another company and he never had broke parts and another my friend also bought my same bike and his bike usually breaks parts, I would not suggest to buy theese bikes, there are cheap but you need to replace new parts and it costs more than buy a good bike. However the customer service is great.
