Macks Solicitors  Anmeldelser

I used Macks to put together an estate. It was a complex situation but at all times Macks were professional, efficient snd helpful. Highly recommended.

Amy Sadler was very helpful when providing advice on my voluntary severance agreement. She was professional but friendly and explained the legal wording very clearly so that I was confident that I understood everything properly. Would not hesitate to recommend her and Macks.

I could not thank Rebecca Genner more she’s been so helpful and kind throughout my whole new experience transferring deeds over. She’s informed me every step of the way and has quick replies if I had questions. I would 100% use this company again, thank you so much!

Highly recommended.

Great service with my case. Good guidance and advice from start to finish until completion.

Thanks to Josie.

Mack’s solicitors we’re brilliant from the start
Anthony was very fast with everything he done, got the insurers to admit to liability straight away, I claimed in august 2023 and had the money in my account in April 2024,
Communication from Mack’s was also excellent, was always kept upto date with the claim by letter and phone.
Wouldn’t recommend them enough

Rebecca montigue was amazing from start to finish, always kept me involved at every step, was proffesional in every way. Thank you so much for your outstanding work.

Hi guys
I don't usually do reviews
But I just had to this Time

I've used Macks over the years for personal injury, road traffic accidents, a will, unfair dismissal from employment and divorce. Each and every time I have received the best service possible. Everyone who works there, reception staff and solicitors are all so nice, kind and helpful all the time. I doubt you will get a better service from elsewhere. I 100% recommend Macks and thank everyone there for all the help they have given me over the years.

As one of the executors of my late brother inlaws will, I decided to request Macks Solicitors to act upon our behalf as the will, although not complicated, involved a lot of agencies. An income and expenditure account requested from one such agency raised concerns over some financial transactions. Macks solicitors dealt with these and others in a methodical and proffessional way to reach a satisfactory conclusion, resulting in my sister getting her true inheritence. Well worth a visit should you have problems to solve.

The company was recommended to me by a friend and everyone made me feel at ease from the start and going forward
The lady who was dealing with my case was very kind and courteous and helped me throughout her name was Paige Waters .

I used Macks Solicitors for the sale of my fathers house house. Rebecca Genner was my point of contact and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. She always very quick to respond to any of my emails and kept me updated accordingly, which was very important to me as i live in Sweden & therefore had to conduct everything remotely.always reassuring. Therefore, I would recommend Mack’s in the future

My solicitor and team kept in touch when necessary. They remained well within the initial cost estimate. Everything was handled by e mail and phone (I’m a busy professional) which made the process so much easier.
My solicitor gave me the best advice at the start of our divorce: try to agree as much as possible with your spouse before going ahead with the legal process. My ex and I were able to part as friends and as a consequence, we have kept life much happier for our child and for ourselves.

Efficient service. Friendly approachable people.

If you unfortunately finding yourself in a difficult and uncertainty situation and require legal assistance Mack’s solicitors are brilliant from the admin to secretary and of course the solicitor you’re dealing with. I had Chloe Newsome and she is so relaxed but so switched on her intelligence and knowledgeable experience made me feel content as sometimes we can all overthink situation but she knows the law inside out and went above and beyond. Very welcoming and conducted herself brilliant I can’t thank her enough for the work she Produced. I would highly recommend Mack’s to anyone.

Josie comes highly recommended, my case was a stressful complex divorce settlement. It was 18 months of anxiety for me, but Josie stayed professional and on point getting the result I was looking for. Quick to answer all my emails and always answered the phone when I was freaking out to put me at ease. Her attention to detail was second to none and she gives her full attention to your case. Josie has extensive knowledge of the law and her written correspondence to opposing solicitors and court is professional and what is needed from a solicitor, even when curve balls are coming your way, Josie stays calm and composed. My nightmare is finally over and Josie is to thank for that.

Used Macks Solicitors for house purchase as a first time buyer, I had Rebecca Genner as my point of contact and she has been amazing the full way through, always very quick to respond to any of my emails and kept me updated which was always reassuring. Reception were also lovely for both times I popped into the office. Would definitely return to Mack’s in the future.
