I had an excellent experience with Haleem Ishfaq during the sale of my property. He handled the entire process with a high level of professionalism from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent throughout, ensuring I was always kept well informed at every stage. His attention to detail and proactive approach gave me confidence that everything was being managed efficiently. Overall, the customer service he provided was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

A house sale was handled perfectly by Macks. It couldn't have been easier.

Thank you Rebecca (Jenner) for your professional, efficient and thorough handling of the sale of a property that had been in my family for over 35 years. The sale took longer than anticipated due to issues with the buyer’s Solicitors however Rebecca worked diligently to completion.

Sam Pratt and Sara Khan were very helpful and professional in dealing with my father's estate and muself and my brother appreciate the advice and service that we received presented in an informative and proffesional manner. Thank you to all at Macks.

Good service. Made everything easy for me with my claim. Friendly efficient service. Rebecca Montague dealt with my claim. I would definitely recommend her. Thankyou to Macks

Thanks to Sam Pratt for dealing with all matters relating to Grant of Probate on a family estate. Sam was in communication throughout the process and things were explained with clarity in the meetings that we had. All in all this was a very smooth experience and our family is grateful for Sam's work and professionalism throughout. Thanks again.

I chose Chloe from Mack’s as in during initial consultations with several solicitors Chloe was the only one who gave in-depth, relevant information in a friendly, professional and transparent manner.
I am very pleased I made this decision as all works completed have been completed in good time and very smoothly.
Chloe kept me informed throughout my family matter and all correspondence was in-depth so I was able to understand where I was in the process and what next steps were to be taken.
I highly recommend Chloe and would like to again Thank her for all her help and invaluable advice - “Thank You”

Professional service

Some areas could have had more simplistic explanations and could have had more communication however once this issue was raised very quickly resolved

Sara was very professional and friendly at the same time. She took all the worry away.

Friendly efficient and very customer focused very good and concerning

Mack’s Solicitors were great handling my conveyancing needs, competitive pricing too. A special shout out goes to Sara Khan who dealt with everything from start to finish, making it easy for me.. Thank you again.

Solicitors who were efficient, friendly and kept in touch all the way through the house sale matters. Cost was also very good. Well done.

Absolutely useless.

On their website, they say they'd deal with accidents caused by hazards at a Coop store - whether you're a customer or employee. When I got in touch, they have been absolute useless, telling me they wouldn't deal with such case. Rubbish service. They are probably working for coop. Coop has never looked after their employees. They treat staff like rubbish.

Sara made the experience easy to understand and kept us informed of activities as the sale progressed. Great service

Chloe was great from start to finish, she knew what I wanted and knew how to handle any issues that arose professionally, she was reassuring through the whole process and I got the best outcome for me and my daughter

Rebecca Genner dealt with a sale and purchase for us, she went above and beyond for us to get moved the week before Christmas. With a buyers solicitor dragging her heels and a seller who has no concept of life to handle a property sale, with two private roads and covenants to deal with Rebecca kept us pushing through every challenge and we wouldn’t have made it over the line if we didn’t have Rebecca in our corner.

After a couple of late pulls outs by prospective buyers, finally completed on the third time of asking, Sara at Mack’s very patient , informant and executed the sale with efficiency .Big thanks.

Excellent solicitors and Excellent customer service will highly recommend. I used the Middlesbrough branch

They were really helpful and took control of the case straight away. I was paid a good settlement and im fully appreciative of the work they did in my case. Would recommend them to anyone who has suffered an injury.
