Lycafly offered a reasonable price for my chosen destination through Skyscanner. I wanted to be sure they are not some bait and switch scammers as I have not used this travel agent before. I spoke to Rangit who answered all my questions. I felt reassured and booked flight online. I spoke to Rangit afterwards and e-ticket was sent within one hour of booking. Thanks to Rangit and Lycafly team. Fully recommended.

book a flight, stared emailing me for passport details , card numbers and giving me extra flights just to get my details

complete scam and actually seems fraudulent

Booked my flight on line. Within 2 hours, Ranjit contacted to check I was happy. I had already put the contact phone number of the company on my phone so I knew that it was a genuine call.

Ranjit helped me book a seat for my return flight and added a preference for the outbound flight.

He patiently waited until one of my credit cards was accepted to pay.

He was amazing. Profesional, friendly, thoughtful, considerate- yoi could ask for nothing more.

Also. He said any questions that I had. To email him and he’ll reply within 24 hours.

So at first everything was fine, I booked business class for my flight from Manchester to Phuket through website.

Following the original booking I reached out to try pay to move my flight back.

A lady called sarika sangwan reached out and I was told I could do this for 481 to move to the 5th of Feb, I instantly replied and said let’s go for it to then be told it’s now 572.40 but I could move it to the 4th for 481 so I did that.

Things then got worse when Sarika sangwan offered me 3 selected seats for 155 telling me that I have no seats included and no complementary lounge access, she said for this I would of needed to pay 900 or she could get me 3 seats for 155.

I have since found out this was complete lies and she has charged me for seats that are included in the ticket fare as well as the lounge access which she was trying to get 900 out of me for, I have reached out and they are denying all Knowledge but I would stay clear of this company as there con artists

I was charged twice for my flight and no refund has been given. Company also had to contact me straight after booking to verify my details. All seemed very odd.

This is a big scam team ma parents needed to fly booked ticket paid and they not sent me my ticket till 2 day to go and promised me to refund and asked my bank details with cvc number so I have them account that I don’t use it and again asked me this much have at least 1000£ to qualify for refund. I call them every day and the just cut my line .i have all proof pls do not fall for them still eating for refund

I booked flights with LycaFly which were later converted into flight vouchers.

In attempting to use my vouchers, LycaFly repeatedly blocked me from doing so, claiming:
• I would need to pay £150+ in additional administrative/change fees just to use my vouchers for a booking.
• The vouchers could ONLY be redeemed through them, and not directly with the airline the vouchers were for.
• The vouchers could only be used for flights, not hotels or holiday packages.

All of the above was completely incorrect when I confirmed directly with the airline and reviewed LycaFly’s own Terms & Conditions.

In addition, they withheld critical booking information, such as the correct email address and booking reference tied to the vouchers, preventing me from redeeming them directly with the airline. When I confronted one of their agents on the phone, they said they were “not allowed” to provide the correct email address.

This experience caused me significant stress and wasted a lot of time, and I was unable to use my vouchers as intended.

I eventually resolved the matter through my bank under Section 75 for ‘goods/services not received’ due to LycaFly’s misleading and withholding of information.

This is by far the worst agency I have ever booked with. I will NEVER use them again. They are misleading and untrustworthy, and I am escalating this matter further to prevent others from being duped or taken advantage of.
