Luvele (UK) Limited Anmeldelser

Reasonable price, goods as described, good communication on progress of order and delivery as per timescales provided. Vacuum sealer really does work to keep food fresh.

Great Donks, mincing made easy, sausage making more difficult, but hey it's a mincer ! Truly a good mincer, I stopped making sausages, make burgers, quicker, easier and just as tasty !

What a pleasure to deal with a support team to resolve a problem. Their response was immediate and guidance to resolve the problem excellent and a very happy customer at the end of the day.

Great customer service: Parcel Force wasn't able to deliver the parcel (signature needed) and this got delay by weeks. It was a frustrating situation but the customer service team was spot on. They re-sent me the dehydrator in a day and with some free trays.
Really quick to reply and followed up till the package was delivered.

Pretty good!

In each order I placed the quality of service was excellent. Their help and advice was equally outstanding in technical and functional advice. One of my favourite suppliers. Their products are great too!

It works well, substantial enough to cut thinly, cleans easily, but a bit messy with cut meat as it comes out the back. Overall I'm happy with it.

Very good company, great customer service and good quality products. Highly recommended.

Very good slicer no trouble in 2 years of using service for spare parts very good

This is an excellent vacuum Sealer we have had for over a year now and works really well

Great products at reasonable prices. Customer service cannot be faulted in any way. Wouldnt hesitate to buy from Luvele again in the future.

A reliable product and excellent after-sales service. I am happy to recommend this company's goods and services.

After problems with my first sealer Joe Dutch of Luvele pulled out all the stops with a replacement sealer with some useful tips on how to rectify any future problems, his help was also extremely very polite & curtious. I would not have any hesitation recommending Luvele to any family & friends.

Use vacuum sealer and rolls - pleased with product.

Paid for next day delivery as unit needed urgently. After 10 days they still had not sent the cutter and they refunded after a request. Only 2 stars as they processed refund quickly.

The slicer I bought was and is very noisy. There has been a nasty smell coming from it when in operation and it is only an adequate slicer so I am not overly pkeased with my purchase hence three stars.

Quality build, easy to clean

Luvele Ultimate Electric Meat Grinder Sausage Maker 1800w Meat Mincer Kibbe
Excellent product!
Thank you Luvele :)

What can I say this machine punches way above its weight though my initial machine had a fault Tim Davy from customer support Luvele uk helped me resolve the issue and I can only say I am so glad I bought this machine from such a company who has pride and value for its products and its customers top stuff indeed, now to the mincer itself I minced about 20kg of venison and it made short work of it even through the smallest plate the machine grinded the meat with ease now I have used some other reputable mincers of the similar size but none impressed me as much as this one its beautifully made in all stainless steel with an all steel gearbox which I find most important and with a 700w rated motor it will deliver a life time service if properly looked after and all backed by fantastic customer support from Luvele uk 5 stars from me.

Luvele Elite Yoghurt Maker 7x 250ml Glass Jars Stainles Steel Yogurt Maker | 1.75L

I bought the above Yoghurt Maker to try and save myself some money - yoghurts are so expensive to buy these days but so good for you. I am delighted with my machine - it has paid for itself many times over. I would recommend it 100% and the firm who supplies them.
