Bought a Pacific Diver watch with diving bezel and it works perfectly. I am very happy with the design of the watch and with how luminous it is. Very good purchase and great customer service!

After having a Luminox Bear Grylls Rule of 3 watch stop 4 times in 8 months, Luminox have agreed to exchange the watch for my new choice, a Pacific Diver 3120 series. So far this is an excellent looking watch and keeps perfect time. Lets hope it continues

I contacted the company (using their online portal) on Tuesday & have heard nothing 3 days later. It was a simple enquiry regarding battery replacement costs. It is only a courtesy to answer, especially considering customers have spent hundreds of pounds.

Purchased luminox Pacific diver superb watch very well made.only gripe is wished they'd put some Lume paint on inner hourly markers.having said that top watch and recommend to anyone.

Thought I’d give Luminox another try, I had seen the navy seal 3601 and loved it. Let me start by telling you this I bought a Luminox in 2007 when I was holiday in New York, it was the worst watch I ever had every time you would slightly jerk your wrist it would jump off time and I said never again, jump forward to 2020 and I had seen the new navy seal 3601 and read good reviews and discovers that Luminox was highly counterfeited so was thinking I had bought one when in New York.cut a long story short I bought this one from a dealer and it is toattaly different from the last one, feels good quality keeps good time👍🏼

Don´t by these watches.
I got a Luminox 8802 Black Opsas a gift from my wife and already within the two years warranty the clockwork had to be changed. Also within the first two years the rubber strap was broken and not covered by warranty. The replacement strap the repair center offered for a very expensive price wasn't even the exact same as the original.
After 3,5 years the crown and movement had to be replaced after an impact on the crown.
I only use the watch in my daily life in an office, so if this watch is really used by special forces, I would really expect it to be more durable.
Besides that, customer service from Luminox Europe is none existing. I filled out two contact forms and wrote one e-mail, and no answers after 2 weeks. I guess they don't answer any contacts that questions the durability of the product.

Bought a quality watch. Have been really happy with it. Had to replace the leather wristband after some years, but that was expected. However recently, the logo fell of inside the watch. This is an expensive watch, crystal glass, hardened steel case. Expecting that the manufacturer would own up to this obvious error on their part. Only to be rejected by de jura and business fluff.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend any of their products based on their reaction.
Buy Victorianox instead, they at least own their mistakes, and understand customer service.
