Luminox has a terrible rating here but that's not my experience. An email to the helpdesk was replied to within 3 hours and the watch arrived next day. The watch is fabulous, exactly as shown and a great deal in the Spring 25 sale.

After 6 months the watch stopped working. They charge $35 to send your watch in for "warranty". The store I purchased which sells rolex and other luxury brands, Luminox will not repair. They want another $140, $40 for all new guts and then $95 in labor. Total BS. Do not recommend. They do marketing and a tough look but the cheapest possible watch internal pieces.

Great watch (sea turtle giant) with impressive illumination. Competitive pricing. Quick delivery. Somewhat slow response in customer support.

Clasp broken after 5-6 times use, they advised me to buy a complete strap from them for £128. I paid £450 already for the watch.
Customer service is awful and takes them 2-3 days to get back to me after each email.
A lot of excuses and they finish with thanks for your understanding, the problem is I don’t understand them.
How can they expect me to pay an extra £128 after a month I purchased the watch.
Don’t be fooled by they advertising and all the “Swiss made” stuff, poor quality watch and even poorer customer service.

Product Quality = 0-1

This company replies in such a slow speed it demonstrates a disregard and contempt for its customer base.
Products feel plasticky, flimsy & cheap.

Sold me a broken watch completely useless customer service wish I read these reviews before purchase waste of money.

Received the watch within a couple of days of order. But when viewed in the dark the illumination is very poor can hardly see the dial. Website says to register online (which I did) to return and they will contact you with return details within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago and have received nothing. Contacted customer services by there online contact sheet (the only way to contact them) to receive a standard email saying that they are busy at present and with contact me as soon as they can. They say you have to return it to them in 14 days. How when they will not let you know how to return it!!! While presently I have a watch I'm unable to use and they have my money.
Totally poor customer aftersales.

In der black week mit Angebot bestellt, in FAQ ist die Lieferzeit mit 2-3 Tagen angegeben. Auf Nachfrage nach sechs Tagen mit Aufforderung zur Lieferung, wurde der Kaufvertrag unkommentiert gutgeschrieben. Ich vermute ein Köder Angebot was an irreführende Werbung grenzt.
Kundenservice, Erreichbarkeit nicht gegeben, für einen Premium Hersteller unverschämt, dort werde ich mein Geld nie mehr investieren,

Ordered a £200 watch on sale and didn't receive anything after 17 days. Emailed and no response until I got PayPal involved. Only then did they reply with an ironic 'how do you rate the service' email. They sent an email stating that they didn't have the supplies to get me one. Differently, casio sent me my g-shock within 2 days. Luminox are total $hite and would never deal with them again. The ultimate in crap company management.

Habe meine erste Atacama bestellt. Sieht Hammer aus und hält was sie verspricht. Service beim Juwelier war auch super. Atacama Automatik anschauen, bestellen und genießen! Danke

Brand new watch ( quartz divers ) lost time from day one.
Absolutely NO response from Luminox AU.
Clearly don't give a damn. Purchased when they had black Friday sale so no returns for refund in the " fine print ".
Decided to take to local jeweller, not a battery problem, so they going to replace the cheap $36 Ronda quartz movement.
Great marketing offering everything but

Uhr erhalten, das Set war unvollständig und ich wollte es zurücksenden - Rückversand nur auf eigene Kosten, Luminox reagiert nicht auf Anfragen.

Ich habe bei Luminox die Mil-Spec-Uhr bestellt und sehr schnell geliefert bekommen. So weit, so gut!
Leider stellte sich direkt beim Auspacken heraus, dass die Uhr defekt war.
Da Luminox kein Rücksendeetikett beilegt, musste ich dieses über den Webshop beantragen.
Seitdem: NICHTS!
Trotz mehrmaligen Versuchs der Kontaktaufahme per eMail (eine Telefonnummer sucht man auf der Luminox-HP vergebens ) keinerlei Rückmeldung.
Solch einen katastrophalen „Service“ habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt, zumal wir hier über keinen Billiganbieter reden.
Ich bin mal gespannt, wie ich mein Geld zurück bekomme, notfalls geht das Ganze über Charge-Back oder Anwalt.
Ich kann auf jeden Fall nur dringend von Luminox abraten und werde mich bei Victorinox nach einer Alternative umsehen.

Terrible customer service, in fact non existent. I order a watch, they delivered the wrong one. I messaged them asking them to confirm that if I sent the watch back they will send me the correct one plus the cost of postage. I got what appeared to be an automated response with a link to their returns page. No communication since and I’ve now sent 3 emails. I wouldn’t use them again and frankly the watch that was incorrect looked pretty shabby for the price (which was £100 less than the one I ordered)

I have received a pazific diver as a birthday gift. I fell in love with the design, however needed assistance as I wanted another strap to switch it up a bit. Customer Care assisted and the cariety on straps was amazing. Fast delivery. Thank you

Radio silence on an issue of my watch being fogged up for over 3 days now. I received a very poor response initially and now 3 days later no response. Hugely disappointing service and very let down by a watch costing nearly €500.

Der Hersteller ist einfach vorbildlich!
Es war alles super gelaufen: Bestellung, Zustellung, Zustand der Ware, Qualität, Verarbeitung, Verpackung /das. Packet, Zahlungsabwicklung. Ich hätte 10x Sternen geben können, bloß wenn es erlaubt wäre!

Blitzschnelle Lieferung, toller Service. Die Uhr ist gut verarbeitet und alles passt. Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen.
