Amazing app. I found it very easy to search and book my trip. I was kept up to date at every step of the way and it made my holiday experience a lot less stressful.

They were very good with helping book my holiday and contacting the hotel for special instructions. The places they chose for hotels was a good selection and they was lots of options for budget where you wanted to stay etc.

The experience was flawless from start to finish ..even though I initially booked same time as another break , they changed the dates hassle free...boarding passes emailed 24hrs before each trip , accommodation was spot on ...would recommend.

App is great: easy UI; clear instructions; live webchat, and booking the trips couldn't be easier!

Upon booking your trip, you get an Agent who will handle your trip—booking flights, accommodations, forwarding boarding passes etc. Shout-out to Lucy in CS who kept me up-to-date in good time about my trip and boarding passes.

My experience was pretty much perfect. However, I will say that after uploading my passport information to Luckytrip, my boarding passes were under incorrect pronouns (I assume this is because I have a very unusual name for a guy). No issues when boarding, thankfully, but I suppose the takeaway would be to just check a little more before booking the flights. But again everything else was perfect, so they're still getting 5 stars.

I went to France recently with Luckytrip. Everything was handled impeccably and all within budget.

This is my second time using this app and I’d reccomend it to anyone!! It’s so easy to use, and they sort your boarding passes and everything! It was a very pleasant experience and a great app!

This was my first time ever using LuckyTrip. I did not know what to expect. They have covered everything.

All I had to do is turn up to the airport and enjoy my journey.

The only issue I had was in the hostel, they asked for extra payment.

The hostile manager the next day, refunded my money of the extra payment.

What a pleasant experience!! This was my second time booking through Lucky trip, the first I have to cancel due to an emergency but I was refunded I full immediately. This time however I was able to got on my trip with absolutely no issues. I didn’t have worry about a thing just show up and enjoy my trip. Already looking at my next trip. Also the options are off the overcrowded touristy areas and VERY AFFORDABLE!!!

Absolute pain free holiday. From checking at the airport to our arrival at our wonderful boutique hotel. Definitely booking with LuckyTrip again 5stars.

I’m all about planning a holiday right down too a T and for once I wanted too just relax as it was my first solo traveling experience. I can honestly say it was the smoothest and easiest holiday I’ve ever had everything booked all in one! Even my transfer right too my hostel and back. I received all of my information a few days before jetting off so there was no stress and what a good way too explore new areas you may not have considered on your budget!

My experience with lucky trip was extremely good, from them booking anything to arranging everything for me, even checking me in on my flights and sending my boarding passes. I couldn't find any faults everything went so smooth and straightforward
My personal assistant Lucy was so quick to reply back to me any messages or questions I had in super quick time. Lucy was absolutely brilliant in arranging everything for me. I was so impressed with the service I received, that I will most definitely be using this app time and time again.

My experience with luckytrip was seamless! Recommended to me by an older friend as I am an 18y/o student on a strict budget, I always thought travel was something I would have to wait for. We booked a few trips with lucky trips and all of them have been outstanding! The quality of the service is incredible, they offer convenient prices for good quality stays. The hotels they choose are incredible and they even take care of the check-in of the flight. They communicate fast and efficiently whether you will have some questions or need some information.
