Great range of earrings which arrived quickly and in lovely packaging. The bag is great for travel.

The earrings are gorgeous, perfect for a gift! Everything was seamless

Great ordering system x

I've made two orders with this company recently. One took over 2 weeks to be delivered and when it came, the chain of the necklace did not match the image online (arrived with a very basic chain instead of a box chain). The second order took 9 days to arrive. I did email the business and they were very friendly...but I'd rather have reliable delivery updates and receive items in the timeframe stated online than have to email to find out where my order is or roughly when to expect it.

The website was super easy to navigate and the products were super cute and also such good value for money! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s wants cute jewellery ⭐️

When I used the website for the first time I mainly wanted a simple pair of studs. The site was easy to navigate and the styles were quite modern compared with many other stores. My order arrived safely and the earrings looked great. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the product itself is very nice.

I ordered from the website late one evening after browsing through their collection for a while. The checkout process was smooth and simple, which I always appreciate. My earrings arrived safely and looked exactly like the photos online. Shipping was a little slower than expected, but overall the quality and design made the wait worthwhile.

I have been wearing them to work almost every day and they still look polished.

Earrings are beautiful and so well packaged! Delivered quickly: couldn’t be happier.

The earrings and charms are amazing, good quality and very cute! Cant wait to get more!

Updated review:
After my original review, Bethan got in touch straight away and was very helpful.

The order was sent in two separate shipments. One arrived within 2 days and the second within 7 days.

My fiancée was very happy with the earrings and charms as a Mother’s Day present from our daughter.

Thank you, Bethan, for your help and for resolving this.

A really cool range of jewellery at a reasonable price. I bought an flatback earring for my helix and it is so cute! Really well made and ive had zero reaction to it :) the packaging it comes in is also really nice. Will defo buy from here again!!

I stumbled across Lucky Eleven while looking for a simple pair of everyday earning and ended up ordering almost immediately. What caught my eye was the clean and modern design style. When the package arrived a few days later, everything was packed neatly and felt surprisingly premium for the price point. I've worn the hoops I ordered nearly every day since then and they still look great. They're light, comfortable, and don't irritate my ears like some cheaper jewellery does. Honestly, it turned into one of those purchases where your'e glad you gave a smaller brand a chance.

Lucky Eleven turned out to be a really pleasant find. I ordered a pair of hoops and expected something decent, but they actually exceeded my expectations. The design feels stylish yet simple enough for everyday wear. It's the kind of jewellery that quietly becomes part of your routine because it matches almost anything you wear.

The earrings are beautiful and they came in a super cute package with a handwritten thank you note! Such a lovely touch!
Great quality and great service!

The selection of earrings on the website were perfect !! Just what I was looking for and affordable. The affordability and the quality is unmatched. The packaging was also so cute!!

Just received my 2nd order. Great quality jewellery and excellent customer service. I had an issue with my 1st order which was sorted out quickly. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Everything is so cute! - the jewellery, the website, the packaging! Earrings seem really good quality, and excellent value for money. Delivery was very quick too

It is so great to be able to find affordable jewellery that comes in silver. The items I got came so quickly and are so cute, I haven’t taken them out yet, and I am already looking to get more.

I’ve had so many compliments on the earrings! I brought a pair of green ombre Huggies and loads of people have noticed me wearing them! Including when I was doing my shopping in Sainsbury’s! I’ve had them around a week or so! No issues so far! Fast shipping and lovely customer service. I would highly recommend
