Love these earrings. Small but feel substantial and high quality. Great everyday earrings. Have already worn them lots and might order some other sizes.

My order arrived very quickly and the jewelry is stunning. I ordered 5 pairs of earrings and charms and they all look even better than on the website. I definitely recommend and will be back to purchase more for gifts.🤩

Ordered earrings for our daughter’s birthday on 7th September. Not received, began emailing the Company who did respond but after still not receiving the earrings nearly 3 weeks later, communication then stopped for a while despite us sending 3 messages. They only responded after our first Trustpilot review and after we had informed them we had asked our credit card company for a chargeback. Very disappointing as now we have had to purchase earrings for the birthday elsewhere.

I got 2 pairs of huggies and can’t decide which ones I like most. Nice and sturdy, arrived really quickly, will definitely be ordering from here again.

As a girl who has been wearing flat back studs for the last 5 years I decided a change was in order. I love opal and they had some cute earrings however only in the little ish size which is disappointing.
I did however purchase any earrings I liked and worried about them matching when they arrived.
Good quality
Clearly I have great taste as they seem to work hurrah.
Delivery was quick
I’ll tell you if the earrings last as about to get on a flight for holiday in the sun.
If they ever do bigger opal hoops I’ll be there!!!!!

Brought a pair of earrings. One had the connecting hole to clip together , the other wouldn’t stay shut . I decided to write a bad review. Lucky 11 reached out to me straight away .
A new earring was sent out to me straight away. Fantastic service . A company that really cares about their consumers and their jewellery . Will definitely be buying more earrings . They are sturdy and very pretty. Thanks Beth at lucky 11.

Placed a £55 order on 6th August which stated 2-4 days delivery. Several weeks later and still no parcel. I emailed and didn't receive a reply so contacted the Instagram. I was then told my parcel had been sent and would be with me soon. Again, the parcel never arrived so I asked for tracking details.

I was then told 2 of the items were pre-order (this wasn't listed anywhere) and that my other items would be sent out asap, despite already being told days before my order had been dispatched. It then got to nearly three weeks later and my order still hadn't arrived and no shipping details given.

I contacted again and was told it would be with me in 1-2 days and the pre order item was still not in stock. I was told they would issue a refund for the pre order item as an apology but would still send this out once it arrived in stock.

The order finally arrived at the end of August with some additional earrings as an apology which I appreciated but still missing 2 items. I have since contacted twice on Instagram and sent two emails re the pre order item and have not received any response.

Its now the 26th September, nearly 2 months after the initial order and I'm still missing two items. Unfortunately I've had to leave this negative review as a way of obtaining a reply as I can see Lucky Eleven are responding frequently.

*UPDATE*
I received a message after writing this review on the 26th September and was told the items on pre order were still not in stock. I was asked to pick replacement items which I did and was told these would be sent straight away. I then received no parcel or email so contacted them again asking for tracking details, ignored. I have then contacted them on a further 3 occasions all of which have been ignored. It is now the 15th October, over 2 months since my initial order and I am STILL missing several items.

Quick delivery and great earrings! Have had them 2 years, wear every day and have not tarnished

Gorgeous little gold huggies with the brightest emerald-coloured gems. I bought them for a gift for a friend and I am very happy to give them as the quality is great and packaging is lovely. Super speedy delivery too. I will be buying more from you - for myself this time, thank you!

Shipped quickly and the earrings are beautiful!

Do not buy from this place. I placed an order on the 15th May and it’s now the 15th September and I still haven’t recieved my necklaces. I had to email them a month ago and they said that they will send them out to me in 1-2 days and a month has gone by and still nothing. Do not buy from them, worst company. I have ordered from this place before, starting back from 2022 and everytime I have had the exact same experience, waited months for my orders!

I dont usually leave reviews, but had to make an exception! I have to give Lucky Eleven 10/10 for their customer service- I hadnt put my full address at the time of ordering, contacted them & Bethan couldnt have been any more helpfull in getting my items sent back out to me 👌 and kept in touch to make sure I recieved my order, not to mention how beautiful the jewellery is - absolutley stunning ✨️

Further to my recent review. Bethan has sorted my order and I received it today. The earrings are for my daughter's birthday and I'm sure she will be pleased with them
