They sent me the wrong shaped headrest cover. Totally a different shape than my original. You cannot contact them. They will not return emails. They finally returned my email, and told me that if I would send the original headrest cover they would use it as a template and send me two new headrest covers. They never did they will not return my emails now this place should be avoided at all costs. It may be more expensive, but buy from somewhere else.

I ordered from them and picked the color based on their leather swatch they sent me.
I ordered Lark I received beige.
their 1800 number does not work it is just there to fool the customer and make them feel like there is a customer service , try the number before ordering if you do not believe me.
the craftsmanship is acceptable.
you may not receive what you order though.

The folks there are socially challenged and won't speak on the phone...and are not prompt with email. I rec'd an order that was wrong and we probably could have avoided the problem if they would have just spent a minute talking to me to get clear on what was needed.
Quality of the leather is good, but a friend bought from US Seat and, although more expensive, that's the better place to buy.

10/31/24 Now that my dealings with this company are over, I wanted to edit my original review...to what I wanted to say originally. DO NOT BUY from this outfit. The product that I rec'd was decent, for sure, but I incurred much more time & expense in getting it installed because of bad information (borderline deceptive) from their website and emails exchanged. Because they won't speak to you on the phone, a potential buyer could end up with the same problems. Better to go to US Seat or some other company than trust the time time & money with L Seat.

I chose 1 because that was the lowest option available. It's no secret by now that they don't read customers' emails, let alone answer their calls. I ordered two front seats for my Land Rover in October 2023 and by May 2024, the leather coating was already peeling off. Don't be fooled like me! Their seat covers are not genuine leather!

The easiest way to find out what type of business they are is to try to contact them. All these 5 star reviews seem like B.S. cause when you try to contact them you can,t. BBB gives them a score of 'F'. So how are they providing all these wonderful experiences? Reviewing themselves?

Order incorrect. Offered a discount, but order was wrong in so many ways, I could not use it.
They will not respond to calls, emails or messages left in thier website.
DO NOT trust this business!!

I am so grateful to Lseat for delivering a quality product. The leather seat covers I ordered for a customer have been installed and the customer is very happy with them. We (Coastal Expert Detailing) were amazed at the fine quality of the seats during installation and we will be sure to recommend Lseat in the future. The leather was thick with great stitching and smelled wonderful. Their custom made quality is well worth the wait. They offer a wide selection of colors for both the seats and the stitching. Incorrect seat covers received. Absolutely disgraceful responses from them. You cannot speak to them only communication is by email. I placed my order in April and today mid August I still don't have what I paid for. Avoid them even if it's last resort!!!

Ordered a full set of seat reupholstery for front and back 2000 Toyota Solara.
Their website says it will take about three weeks to fulfill your order and that is exactly how long it took. Plus two maybe three days for delivery.
The quality of leather and stitching was absolutely perfect. I did the work myself and saved $1,800. Laeat covers fit like a glove. I absolutely love it. It takes patience and common sense to complete the job. I will definitely be ordering from them again if I ever need to. I highly recommend Lseat.com for your reupholstery needs.

I was a bit intimidated to change out the factory leather compared to just slipping on a seat cover. A few videos online to prepare and I dug in. Be methodical, take pics, but it absolutely can be done. The quality, fit, craftmanship and color match are superb. Even better than factory, as I upgraded with perforations. Highly recommend.

Great quality leather, perfect colour match and workmanship as good as OE. Ordered from the UK and shipped via UPS within 1 month. I will definitely be using Lseat.com for future projects and won't hesitate to recommend them via my SAAB socials. 5* service, Thanks

Well this is part two of what happened and what they did to fix the situation.......which was nothing !!! The seat covers were made wrong !!! I contacted them via email ( because they don't answer the phones ever !!! I also provided my number and asked them to call me 5 times and they never did ! Sent them pictures at their email request and they answered my text every two or three days, while I had a customed threatening to sue "ME". So I ended up taking them to a local upholstery shop and paying $250.00 to fix them. Now I have $667.00 in a front seat cover ???? They never offered a dime or ever called me over the entire 3 week process. IF you buy from them and have any problems at all you will be stuck on your own to figure it out . I will never allow anyone who works for me to order covers from them again. They have NO customer service what so ever !!!! Buyer beware !!!!!

Lseat.com did an amazing job on my 2015 MB Sprinter seat covers.
They fit and look just like factory and I am 100% happy with the quality.
The shipping time took a couple weeks and it arrived at my door 100% complete.
I could not be happier.

Their customer service /sales people went above and beyond to make my purchase correct. I am well satisfied with the product, my experience was truly a great one. They addressed my issue with ease and courtesy. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase their products.

I am in Australia an do not have options to purchase in my country so after searching online I found 3 sites that send worldwide. I did lots of research, lots of good and bad reviews for all, but I decided to go with Lseat, I was not disappointed. Patterns are mm perfect, all sewing is exceptional, leather quality is excellent. I cannot fault the product at all. The seats now are better than the original. But be warned these replacements ARE NOT for any average diy-ers. If you have not upholstered before you will need help to do the job right, but once it is done you will be very pleased with the results. I am 100% satisfied with the results, even the price with shipping to Australia was amazing. I cannot fault Lseat or their service!!! Well done Lseat ( now I need to do the rear seat because the front. Look so good😀)

I ordered a set of seat covers for a 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada. When I received them, the seat bottom pattern was a little off and I contacted customer service. They requested that I send them the existing seat bottoms and they custom made new seat bottoms to match my existing ones. AT ZERO extra cost.

Please understand, these are not the typical off the shelf seat covers, these are replacements for your OEM seat covers. The craftsmanship is excellent and the quality of materials is top notch.

With the numerous options that you can select, order fulfillment is not instantaneous. They have my business for as long as THEY want it. Stellar product and customer service.

Bought for 1970 Rover P6. Ordered front seats in Ivory with dark red piping on December 12 and they indicated manufacture took between 15 and 20 days and then shipping from US to Australia 7-10 days, so I was delighted when they arrived on 2 January (given that we had Christmas and New Year holidays in the time frame)
Overall quality is excellent and the embossing is less prominent than I expected based on their website pictures.The leather is backed by padded fabric and the fluting has foam sewn in in the same way as the original. It does seem to be better executed at the margins than the original.
Ordered rear seat covers, extra vinyl and hog pliers on 7 April, arrived 2 May. Superb result. Quality is excellent and covers easy to work with (even for this 78 year old) All at less than half the price I'd been quoted 10 years ago for re-upholstering just the fronts.
Vinyl was needed as they don't supply covers for the back of the front seat finishers on the Rover.
