I ordered a set of seat covers for my Saab seats. The quality was awesome. Sewing great. They looked very good except one problem they were for another set of seats. I emailed Lseats about the issue because no one answers the phone and you are told to send an email. I have now been two weeks working on the problem. This is because they answer one email per day. When you have an issue like mine it will take a phone call or multiple emails to solve the issue. I am not asking for money and I may even be at fault because my description may have been wrong. For the record I sent Lseats a picture of a tag from the inside with serial numbers, the manufacturing date and the name Saab on it. I also sent pictures of my seat and their covers but to no avail. As of now they have ghosted me. All I want is seat covers for my seats. If I am at fault I will gladly pay for the new covers but since you can't talk with anyone directly nothing happens and now I have no connection with them. I rebuild a lot of old cars. These seats were to go in a 50 Chevy truck. I do not recommend them for anything. Not because of quality but because of a lack of customer service. Daniel Ledford

Ordered front and rear leather seats for my 1983 911SC. Order arrived in around six weeks - from China. Looked fine - but rear bolsters didn’t have requested piping. The leather looks good - but the seat backs are heavy duty vinyl (with a woven internal lining). I emailed photos. They responded promptly that replacements would be sent. Parcel arrived 2 weeks later (frim China) containing three strange headrest covers (!). I emailed photos. Again, a prompt reply - and parcel containing correct items arrived 2 weeks later. I gave the covers to an upholsterer to fit. He struggled to get them to fit; citing listing that listing pockets did not match shape of seat, that material backing did not offer slip on seats foam and that piping not exact to original shape of the seats. Nevertheless, with his skill (including resewing) meant the end result is very good. I believe the covers are good value for money - but don’t expect a concourse-quality product or fitting. While the incorrect delivery experienced were frustrating and repeating, I enjoyed prompt resolution (eventually) - but don’t expect anything but the most brief and curt exchanges.

I recently built a restomod of a 1955 ford f100. I had seats from a crown vic and could not afford to reupholster the seats through a local shop. I found this company and ordered brown leather with brown stitching. The price was right, i ordered and within 3 weeks i had new leather. I put them on and they are flawless. I could not be happier! My next project i will 100% be coming back. Thank you again!

Lseat are crooks, happy to take your money and just send what ever they like. No phone or address to chase them up, ignore emails and try to go in circles with you. I know some may have a good story but it's hit and miss with them. Stay well away from them

This company cannot be trusted. They take orders, take money and don't deliver and then abuse you. It seems like they are just a middleman for the FAKE PU LEATHER covers that they make. They come from CHINA and NOT the USA.

The seat was advertised as a front, but it came in as a rear. I ordered two, got one. The seat covers look like nice quality. It took two extra months to get the second one. Customer service gave us the run around, not helpful at all, didn’t understand the difference between the front and rear seats despite being sent photos. If I could give a negative star review, I would. I exchanged over 40 emails with them, and they did not ever once offer to make it right. So in summary, product is nice, but the customer service is negative 5 stars.

We ordered a set of covers for our car and the product was perfect . .had an issue with one part that they quickly replaced with no issue. Top notch and am ordering another product with them gladly. Thanks guys ..

Great local US company to work with. I am doing a semi restore on my 1987 Toyota 4runner and purchased front and rear leather seat covers. They are durable leather and fit great. Lseat was quick to communicate and fix and issues I had.

I can't thank them enough. They are very professional and very skilled in their trade; I purchased front and back seat cover replacements and yards of leather to finish my 1957 chevy. The leather was in excellent shape, and quality. The seat cover was excellent quality leather they fit like a glove. They were very helpful, trying to figure out what seat was replaced in the front as it was not original to the car. I would strongly recommend this company to everyone. They were very quick to manufacture and ship out my purchase. Just remember these are custom products that are handmade with very high quality, it takes time to make them. Great quality product. Used them on SC430 and MR2 projects. Results of installation are highly dependant of skill level of installer.

I would do 0 stars if I could. Ordered leather seat skins for a 96 impala ss and what I received was the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong leather. It wasn’t even close.
Can’t get a hold of them. They won’t respond to emails or calls.

Total scam.
Do not buy from these guys!

Ordered a full interior for a 56 Chevy 210 hard top. The rear seat wasnt even close. There is no way to contact them. There number says to call them. We have sent measurements photos of the seat frame and their cover that's not even close. They will not return emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They will take your money and ghost you. I have filed a claim with our credit card company, however their parent company is set up in Spain.

Purchased seat covers/replacement for my Saab 900S in May 2023 and just now putting them on because the car was down for over 1 year. They claim they are customer but they are not. The original outside bottom seat leather cover are longer and contour by where the seat adjuster is. The ones I was sent are pretty much straight on the sides and short leaving a slight gap. You have to do stitching on the front and back ends to secure it otherwise it is not tight. There is no slot for the seat folding lever. You have to create one. It come without a zipper so you have to clamp it together. The color I was sent does is off. I compared to the samples sent and it is slightly lighter.

My family did 2 old Caddys. Lseat.com made our cars like new inside. Leather is strong, fits like a glove, went on the seats like it came from the factory. Lseat.com was so great on the workmanship that it made me paint my 1996 Cadillac Sedan Deville. They are priced well there also. Thanks to Lseat.com!!

Recently purchased front seat covers for my Mustang GT 2001 model. The seats came in timely manner and were of what seem to be very good quality. However, I ordered dim grey and received dove grey. I
tried to call and speak to someone and got and automated service telling me to email them. After attempting 3 different ways to email them and leave my Ph#. I finally got an answer back via email telling me to send the seat covers back, on my dime of course. I even sent pictures to prove they made the mistake and still had to pay return shipping which I think was very unfair. All they did was refund my money and didn't even try to send me the color seat covers I ordered. Leaving me holding a $50 plus shipping bill between having them shipped to me and having to return them. So, if you decide to roll the dice and order from them you may go through this as well. It's a shame the quality of the seat covers like I said earlier look great, but their customer service is awful. Hope this helps and good luck if you try to order from them.

I am giving it a 1 star because at least the Leather seems to be good quality. I ordered the 850R seat skins but the picture they have on the website is not what you get. It is the 850R Style/piping but does not have the suede inserts. Their website doesn't explain AT ALL and is NOT clear. It's borderline false advertising! If you click on no other options you will get all leather. I FINALLY got a response through an email (the phone number is automated message and tells you go to website) that you have to select the Two-Tone color option ($40 extra). Order them and in the "comment" line select your color and material you want. So why the HELL can they not put this on their website; why, because they want to steal your money. You can return them but they charge a 20% restocking fee and you're out ALL the shipping cost!!! It is their fault for misinformation. By the time you're through I could have got the ones from Elwood Industries for about the same price!!

Beware! The illustrations are misleading. I went with the one model of seat design because it had several points that identified the seat as a Porsche Sport Seat for a 1983 911SC. IN FACT, there are only two models of seats that year. Comfort Seats (The Standard Seat), and the (Sport Seat) which is an optional seat with thicker side bolsters. The illustration I chose “A2”, which has the larger bolster. Their customer support sucks. When I inspected the covers, after they arrived, it was obvious they were wrong. I contacted them and they would not own up to their website errors. They sure wanted a restocking fee. For what! Leading me to the wrong item. If, and I mean never, would I buy from these crooks. FIX YOUR WEBSITE! Beware Beware Beware Order at your own risk, because they won’t help you!
