We required a system to inform customers when their orders were ready for our busy cafe. A quick google search brought me to LRS UK. I was worried whether the system would work here in Ireland but from my initial inquiry, Phil has been a pleasure to deal with and I really appreciate the follow up calls from him to make sure we were happy with the product. We ordered the pager system with the coasters, and they have been the perfect solution to our busy cafe. I would have no problem in using this company again should our needs require us to do so.

We have used LRS now for over ten years, there is no other pager that we have found to be as good as this company, we have to admit we have purchased cheaper alternatives from other companies in the past (during covid when we needed more pagers) and it is a false economy they only lasted one year. So if you are looking for a paging system we could not praise LRS anymore, a good value product with good customer service to match.

Poor pager systems. Seem to stop working after six months. You have to unclip them from the holders to charge. So the holders end up breaking too. The buzzer system hasn’t got a page all setting which would be ideal at times.
In summary, there are a lot better pager systems out there at will last a lot longer and will withstand constant use.

Great customer service from initial enquiry to receiving the product and follow up after installation of the system.
Increased productivity of staff and organisation.
Has improved driver/office communication.
Eliminate staff needing to deliver messages to waiting drivers in person.
We can notify drivers immediately of delays.
All in all a great investment.

Although my business is small, because of the configuration of my till area customers move out of view of the till person or mill of elsewhere thinking their food will be brought over. I struggled on my opening night, before "remembering" that I had the pagers. I was a little unsure as to their implementation initially with my epos tills, but a quick call to LRS soon pointed me in the right direction!
