Absolutely incredible company
Absolutely incredible company! After a negative experience with a different company I came to love my bedss I sent emails before even placing a order and they were incredible with communication one I was happy and placed my order communication stayed on point they delivered when the said they would and I love my new sofa!

Alaya U shaped cinema Sofa
Great service even when we wanted to change the colour of our sofa, easy to contact and get changed over.
Communication was great, called the day before to confirm, when en route and turned up in the time frame provided
We've had the alaya sofa now for a few weeks and absolutely love it, great value and quality and fairly easy to assemble with putting feet on!
All in all great service and product, 100% recommend!

Fantastic communication
A bit of a bumpy start when delivery was cancelled due to an issue with a van, but the team were great with their communication and keeping me informed about delivery. Installers did a fantastic job of setting the bed up. Highly recommend, would use again should I ever need another bed.

Impeccable all round
From start to finish, this company are fantastic!
Quick & clear communication, sofa delivered within the week, cheapest by FAR for anything even remotely similar and not even as good.
I live in a rural village with problematic access but the two delivery chaps persevered against incorrect satnavs and my Death Drive and got my glorious new sofa to me.
I even considered sleeping on it instead of my also new bed because it’s THAT good on the first night haha.
Highly recommend - absolutely nothing to fault and the sofa is STUNNING.

Custom size sofa
We were a bit worried about ordering a sofa without seeing it in the flesh, but we took delivery today and it's fantastic, we had a custom size sofa and it's exactly to correct measurements. The delivery guys are absolute sweethearts and a credit to the business 🙂

A costly mistake
Unfortunately the delivery of our chosen sofa was delayed. We got told the evening before that the company was waiting on a shipment so it would be another week. I was offered an alternative sofa!
The original sofa we chose was fabric and also a pet friendly fabric the alternative sofa wasn’t!
Plus it didn’t seem the same shade of grey.
We paid for the professional assembly yet when I asked about returning the sofa because it was uncomfortable and not what we expected.
I was informed they would be a charge for having no boxes and also a delivery charge of £99 for the return.
Which didn’t make sense the guys who assembled the sofa took the packaging with them.
Eventually management agreed to waive the charges if we chose another.
This felt like hobsons choice to me,
if I returned the sofa, I would be out of pocket by £179! So I chose another in-stock item which was more expensive so I sent £600 bank transfer for the new style.
For me the most disappointing part was the customer service, at no point did they apologise for the original delay or the fact that their terms and conditions are rigid so your consumer rights are not protected.
This company is affiliated with some of our favourite celebrities which is why I trusted the company. Yet our experience has been costly and upsetting

My brother owns a motorhome company in Halifax Yorkshire ( motor pig) and my sister owns a company in Buckinghamshire so I know the impact of a poor review for a family company.
I was hesitant about writing this but decided I wanted to let future customers know if they chose professional assembly via the drop box on your website and the packaging is taken it will affect your their returns.
I do understand the charge for collection but did hope because it was a rushed choice it would have been waived.
It was only waived if I chose another sofa.
I wouldn’t expect you to collect the 2nd sofa now it’s been nearly 3 days. Since I let you know it was actually too big for my lounge. I can’t keep it pristine for that length of time and also like you pointed out the packaging again was taken. This time it was taken because the box wouldn’t fit through the door.
So I am keeping it I am not that unreasonable.
I wish we got one person that dealt with the problems I feel it could have solved the issue. The bank holiday didn’t help I agree but I am still not satisfied with the outcome.
I wanted to update this review to say today I spoke to the owner Sam who listened to me and also apologised to me. The bank holiday and some communication delays during my order process changed the outcome. Which I believe would ordinarily be a positive experience.
The sofa we have kept is very comfortable and of good quality.
I am upgrading the overall experience to 4 stars because I am now satisfied with the outcome.

Thank you for updating your review. We are genuinely saddened that, despite everything we have tried to do to resolve this, you still feel your experience warrants a one-star review.
We fully accept that the original delay was disappointing and we apologise for this. Your Hudson was delayed by approximately one week due to an incoming shipment, and rather than simply asking you to wait, we offered an alternative that was available sooner.
We would, however, like to clarify some important points.
The Hudson Grey L Shape originally ordered and the alternative Capri selected use the same grey boucle fabric and colour. After receiving the Capri, you advised that you were unhappy with the colour; unfortunately, the original Hudson would have been the same fabric and shade.
Regarding the first return, you were not required to purchase another sofa. A return and refund was offered, subject to the applicable collection charge. You instead chose to exchange to the more expensive Galaxy Tech 3+2 recliner, paying the difference in product price. As a gesture of goodwill, we then waived the £99 collection charge on that first exchange.
This was all dealt with over the Bank Holiday weekend while our customer service department was officially closed. Nevertheless, we continued working outside normal hours to arrange everything so your Galaxy could be delivered on Tuesday.
You subsequently contacted us because the Galaxy was too large for your room and requested a second return.
We feel it is particularly important to clarify your latest update stating that you are now keeping the Galaxy because nearly three days have passed and you don’t believe we would collect it.
We have already approved collection of the Galaxy and a refund and emailed you confirming this. At the time of writing, we are simply awaiting your response so that collection can be arranged.
We do not want you to feel forced to keep a sofa that is unsuitable for your room. Adam, who has been involved with your case throughout, has now also offered to personally cover the £99 collection charge. We will therefore collect the Galaxy without any collection charge to you and proceed with the agreed return and refund.
We appreciate your comments regarding having one person deal with the matter. Adam has been involved throughout, although communications have come through our customer service account, and he is happy to personally oversee the remainder of this resolution.
We are a small family-run Yorkshire business and genuinely care about our customers. You have mentioned that you understand the impact a poor review can have on a family business, which is why this is particularly difficult for us to read.
We don’t expect you to say everything was perfect — it wasn’t, and we have apologised for the original delay — but we genuinely feel a one-star review does not reflect the considerable efforts made to help, including arranging two sofas, waiving charges, working over the Bank Holiday and now offering free collection and a refund on the second sofa.
Our terms and conditions do not remove or replace anyone’s statutory consumer rights.
We remain committed to resolving this for you. Please respond to our email and we will arrange collection of the Galaxy, with Adam personally overseeing the matter through to completion.
