Excellent service. Love the Palermo Sofa bed that we ordered. The staff online was very helpful with all the queries and was very informative as i needed to make sure i am clear on the fabrics and textures used on the sofa. Riz and Aky were very professional and efficient for delivering on time and assembling our sofa swiftly.

Riz and Aky great gents went above and beyond couldn’t get better service if you tried.

Lovely bed, great company :)

Great service, great quality and great communication throughout delivery process!
Amit and Faizan contacted me hours after my order placed, they gave me a time slot on the day I requested and kept in touch. A great service, extremely polite, and even removed shoes when bringing in the sofa to my chosen room.
The sofa looks amazing, we are really over the moon!
Thank you x

Great price and called us to upgrade a single chair to a double which fits the room alot better due to being out of stock. Delivery guy they used was sound and very punctual with a call 30mins before delivery. We will use these guys again and would recommend them to everyone

I was worried at first giving the fact the price was considerably cheaper than what I’ve seen out there, but this is the real deal. The sofa is very comfortable and everything was so professional. Even the delivery with Ali and Kal was quick and easy. They packed up all the rubbish too. So I’m very happy.

Great product the Alaya sofa in grey , love it , great service and excellent communication and service highly recommend

Excellent customer service. We were kept updated from order to deliver. Very happy with the quality of our reclining sofas. We first saw them in a showroom, I found them on Lovemybedss £400 cheaper, happy with that result. We paid to have them assembled, well worth it, the delivery guys were great, took all the packaging too. One happy customer. Would definitely recommend.

Such an easy process and lots of communication, nothing was a problem!
Aky and Riz delivered and was so helpful. Would recommend 😊

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was fantastic, and my sofa was delivered exactly as expected with no problems at all.

The two delivery men Toby and Riaz were friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They took great care when bringing the sofa into my home, were respectful, and made sure everything was perfect before they left.

I’m absolutely delighted with both the sofa and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality furniture and outstanding customer service. Thank you!

I ordered the Molly Electric Sofa Bed in Grey, within a week it was delivered to my home and I am very pleased with it - Lovemysofa. Ordering was simple, communication from start to finish was excellent, I was kept up to date with the delivery day/time. The 2 delivery guys were also excellent, very polite and helpful. They positioned the sofa for me so I was able to put it together easily by myself. As they had to remove the packaging in order to get it through my door, they took the packaging away with them at no extra charge which I was grateful for. I would definitely recommend Lovemybedss and the Molly Sofa. Although hesitant to order from a site I found on Facebook, this company proved to be trustworthy, reliable, efficient and all round outstanding. I am one very happy customer!

I am very impressed with the whole process, very quick delivery and not to mention that the sofa is so comfortable. The delivery was excellent and they have delivered everything to my home. I also really appreciated the communication on the timings to make sure someone is home.

The customer service was brilliant. I messaged asking a question about a sofa before I purchased and it was answered immediately. Was given a day for delivery the day the sofa was ordered and was given a time for delivery a day before the sofa arrived.
The delivery guys were fantastic and followed instructions.
The sofa itself is exactly as described.
Very happy customer ☺️
