Where to begin! First of all check your bank as they have signed people back up without consent
I signed up November 2022 and cancelled in December 2022 after them taking payment and not delivering the product terrible communication and reluctant to send refund so In the end accepted the 2nd subscription box (rubbish)
Jump forward November 2023 they have taken £15 out of my bank account unauthorised! When I finally got a response they informed me they have signed me back up! WITH WHAT CONSENT? None. Now trying to get a refund and going through the fraud team as this business is shocking and needs closing down

The customer service is appalling. Ordered about 8 months ago but forgot to leave a review here. Wouldn’t refund my order when I emailed instantly saying I’d ordered the wrong thing then blocked me from social media and deleted all my negative comments. People who email are very rude and only interested in taking your money
Received my order really fast
Received my order really fast, only problem was the box was dinted (ovs it was the courier) and this is a birthday present, got in touch with the company and Sue sent me a new box out straight away.
Incredibly rude people
Wouldn’t refund my order. V v rude staff messaging on email. Wrote a complaint in their fb and insta pages and they immediately deleted them and blocked me
Brilliant customer service
I received my order however in transit a few items were smashed, I emailed Candy coat customer service team and Martine was very helpful and very quick at responding and sending me a replacement plus some freebies 😊 very happy with how this was resolved.
I had an issue with a product as box…
I had an issue with a product as box was broke and my nail brush was split. Candy coat was quick to act fast. Martine who dealt with also gave me some freebie, a new box and a new brush more than I expected. I'm very very happy with the experience and can't wait for the new subscription service. Shopped here before and the products are FAB! Recently placed an order for 5 new gel nail polishes with i am so excited to try out. One of the products I ordered was out of stock and I was contacted promptly by the customer care team who provided great assistance. Just wanted to say a big thanks to Martine for all her help in sorting out my order. The level of service I received from the customer care team was second to none and made my shopping experience with this company a very positive one and I would recommend CandyCoat to everyone.

J’ai commandé sur le site Candy Coat et j’en suis ravie, j’adore les couleurs qu’ils ont , la qualité de leurs semi permanent, ils sont très pigmentés et souvent une couche suffit. Je suis très heureuse d’avoir découvert cette marque et de travailler avec leurs produits étant une professionnelle de la Beauté.
A savoir que j’ai eu un souci lors de ma réception de commande à mon domicile en France. Mon colis a était ouvert sans que je m’en aperçoive lors de la remise par le facteur. J’ai directement contacté le service Client Candy Coat et Martine à gérer mon problème avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Car quand j’avais lu les avis de certaines personnes, j’ai pris peur car souvent revenait un problème avec le service client.
Ben je peux vous rassurer car ils ont été très professionnel et commercial mes produits manquants m’ont était renvoyé et avec en plus un cadeau de leurs part pour s’excuser de ce problème.
Merci encore Candy Coat et Martine.
Je recommande sans problème et ma prochaine commande en vernis sera chez eux.

This company is amazing and so very understanding when some of my candy crush product spilled in shipping. They even sent me a new bottle of candy crush popping gel remover and freebies to replace what I lost. Absolutely recommend this company, 100 percent.
Customer service team is TERRIBLE
If you can stay away from Candy Coat, I recommend for you to do so. Look for other brands because the backup service is terrible.
The company has decent quality products. I will not go so far as to say their product quality is phenomenal because they are not. My own experience has not so much been with the products, but with their customer service team. Royal Mail UK DISPOSED of my order because they said it contained hazardous material. Ok, I get that this is out of the brand's control, but they are making me go through loops and hoops to try to get them to reissue the package. I have used MANY different brands over my nearly 20 years working in the nail industry, and this has never happened, not once, with any other brand. You can CLEARLY confirm through the tracking provided that Royal Mail literally DISPOSED of my package, but Candy Coat customer service is saying that I still need to wait until THEY can clear it up with Royal Mail. In my opinion it is absolutely outrageous that I have been waiting for more than 45 days and they do not care about that. They need to make sure they get their recompensation first.

You know what? That's what I did. Why should I continue to waste my time with your customer service team that does not know how to properly care for their customers? You've BEEN looking into this for the last month with no response from anyone. Worst experience ever. I will stop ordering from you. FYI, I own a nail salon with 26 staff and use over 1800 gel polish colors. Looks like you definitely lost my business.

First Worst Experience Ever
My english is not good but I’d try to explain it the best way I can. I ordered a nail drill, pink palette, a mat and a towel. The towel and mat came perfectly fine but the nail drill came with scratches and paint bubbles even though I did leave a comment because a girl did a review on it on Youtube and it came that way but looks like they don’t take your comment into consideration and the pink palette had a missing cover. I contacted them about my problem told me to return the nail drill but that I could keep the pink palette, sent me a return label, went all the way down to town to get it printed just to find out at the post office that the return label has been already used and that the weight mention on the label is inferior to the actual nail drill weight, so I was fed up and I try to contact the company but no answer so I returned it with my own money and I showed them all the receipts but they wouldn’t want to give me a partial refund and told me that the return label was custom made form me (WHAT A JOKE) and they told me that there were no need to scan it that I should just drop it in the Royal Mail mailbox like RM wouldn’t try to scan it, so angry as I told them that this is my first time buying your expensive products that don’t even come brand new and that you provide very poor customer service, even Aliexpress has way better customer service. Asked them to send me a picture of the replacement nail drill because at this point I feel like I’m still gonna get a nail drill with scratches and paint bubbles again. Apparently they already shipped it without even showing me the pictures as they said they would. And they send me a tracking number that doesn’t even work, still waiting for them to answer me concerning the tracking number. No partial refund, no compensation from them, most greediest company I ever purchased from after wasting my time and money for nothing. I wish I could include all the screenshots of conversations I had with them. If I could but less than a star I would.
By the way, Candycoat reported my review, says a lot about the company

Still not heard anything back absolutely shocking behaviour I’m definitely taking this further you caused me emotional distress the way I’ve been treated an apple to along with be robbed an not refunded , so people if you do by off them just remember they’re refund policy is a scam! Love the products by candy coat, I used to pay to have my nails done and wanted to save money - so I started doing my own nails. My nail technician used candycoat, so I knew I wouldn’t have any problems. Fast forward over a year later and I’m still buying their products now. I had 0 experience with doing nails and now it’s something I look forward to doing every few weeks, as a result I have cute nails and I’m saving the money instead of paying someone else to do it. Never had a bad experience with this company and will continue to give them my custom 🫶🏻
