Lotus Surveyors Ltd Anmeldelser

Would highly recommend. This is the 4th survey we have had completed by Lotus Surveyors and each time they have been very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Would not go anywhere else.

I took some time to research reputable and well respected property surveyors based on customer reviews. After numerous searches online, Lotus Surveyors LTD stood out to myself as a reputable, well respected and honest company that provides the best possible service to their customers.

From start to finish Lotus Surveryors LTD where professional, fast and clear at communicating with transparency on pricing and what their services included. We went for a RICS Level 2 Survey which was optimum for the property we are buying. The report was very in depth and covered all aspects they detailed would be covered on our initial enquiry.

Overall, I would highly recommend Lotus Surveyors for anyone person wanting a good quality survey and an honest price that is reflected in the work they carry out. 5 stars from myself.

As a first-time buyer, I found a property that seemed too good to be true and, after a level 3 survey, it turned out to be exactly that. The surveyor provided a meticulous report and was also available for a follow-up phone call to elaborate and answer questions I had. I will sleep soundly knowing of the enormous financial bullet I've just dodged. Can't thank Lotus enough.

I consider that without the expertise of Jennifer I could well have made a decision which would have been a great mistake.
Thanks for the absolutely splendid highly professional Survey
I hope that if / when I need another Survey that I will be able to call on this company again

Excellent Company to deal with
Excellent communication
Excellent detailed survey report
Excellent price
Highly recommend
Thankyou to all

Very strongly recommend Lotus! Firstly, I requested a Level 3 survey right away, but they came back to me to let me know that for the property I was looking at a Level 2 was fine - very honest. I was able to schedule the appointment quickly, and got the report ahead of their 10 working day response time, even with a team member of their falling ill! (Hope you feel better soon!) The report itself was both extremely thorough and easy to understand. I will definitely be using them again!

Knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and efficient with great explanations given. Much appreciated.

Even though lotus surveyors ltd did not offer the type of survey we required there was no hesitation by Jenny in giving us first class advice, clearly explained and advising how we could reduce the cost by obtaining the correct type of survey. I would have no hesitation in recommending there services and would definitely use there services if needed in the future.

Our communication with Graham was excellent, the appointment for Jenny to perform the survey went smoothly. We can recommend lotus surveyors, very easy to arrange, and timely responses.

Great company to deal with.
Helpful right from the start. After sending the quote they followed up with a call to answer some questions I had. Good honest advice that saved me paying for a level 3 report for no reason.
The report itself from Jennifer was great, photos to cover every detail. Easy to understand descriptions.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

A very friendly, professional timely service.

I am incredibly happy with the service I received. Graham was excellent with communication; he clearly explained the service they would provide and was quick to reply and incredibly helpful when booking a survey.

Jenny produced an excellent survey; she was incredibly thorough and efficient with the process. My report was incredibly detailed, informative and helpful.

I did not wait very long between the date of the survey and the date in which I received the document.

I would happily recommend this service to anyone!

Good email communication before booking. Clear price, easy payment, receipt received quickly. Detailed survey report received after 7 days.

Great communication via email and telephone before and after the survey. Detailed information of pricing and what this entails. Happy to accommodate at short notice. In depth report from surveyor with relevant information shared to meet our understanding.

Very helpful and easy to deal with, prompt communication. Report was very helpful and understandable and helped me make some useful decisions. Would definitely instruct again and thoroughly recommend.

I employed Lotus Surveyors to survey a period property for me in 2026.
Boy am I glad I did. They prevented us from walking into a disaster.
The report was the most detailed report I’d ever had in years of buying and selling properties.
Jennifer went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision.
Her professionalism and knowledge are second to none.
Communication was excellent from the start.
This company works hard for the clients who employ them to survey a potential purchase and you really feel like Jennifer is on your side.
We were lied to by the purchaser and the estate agents. So buyer beware. Jennifer rectified this and prevented us from losing a lot of money. So thank you.

Booking the surveyor was easy & managed to get an appointment quickly.
The surveyor explained how and what he would be doing.

Excellent would definitely recommend, very thorough and comprehensive survey, which allowed me to make a decision on the property.
I even got a curtesy call on the Friday evening so I had a heads up and wasn’t waiting all weekend

In depth and easy to read report that was well suited to the age of the property

A small independent company focused on customer service. A competitive and reasonable cost and fast service. On first contact the survey was booked in and within a week had been completed. The surveyor wrote a very comprehensive report and we felt confident that she was very well qualified and professional in her expertise. The report came with the offer to discuss with her any aspect of the survey. Since then we have had several very fast and thorough responses to our questions, with helpful advice about possible steps to take. We wholeheartedly can recommend Lotus Surveyors.
