I chose a level 3 survey for peace of mind on a first time buy house and I can't thank Nitin & his team enough for the support provided. Not only did I receive an extremely detailed and comprehensive report, but it was also followed up by a 1-2-1 call to explain everything.

Noting my comments, the company made a proper apology and immediately changed its procedures, around the use of high-pressure AI-led sales emails, which were the cause of my dissatisfaction.

Such a high level of care for a prospective customer is quite exceptional. On this basis alone they deserve to do well.

I had a really positive experience.

I had 2 surveys done with them. Both times they did a thorough job with the survey, but what really stood out was the time taken afterwards to go through things with me. Rather than just sending the report and leaving me to interpret it. As a first time buyer, buying a house can be daunting and Nitin was very patient. He also gave me lots of good advice to take into account when looking for a property.

It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and the service they provide. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have now used RCS twice and on both occasions the experience has been outstanding. However, on this second occassion Nitin Randev has gone above and beyond to deliver an unbelievable turnaround time that I can not thank him enough for.

If you are considering using a reputable trustworthy surveyor for your purchase don’t look any further! An excellent, friendly service where there is no question to silly, or one too difficult. The survey report was detailed and clear, and the surveyor called me the same day to talk through the key findings and provide high-level feedback, which was really appreciated. Top service. We had an issue with our roof and after having several tradespeople out decided to get a survey to understand the exact cause. Very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest about what was required. Would use again and recommend their services.

We had a level 3 survey carried out River Crest surveyors in Netley, Hampshire.

They were able to fit us in around a busy schedule and had a very fast turn around with the report. He was available to come out on a weekend because we were in a rush after a previous surveyor in the area had let us down.

Nitin himself personally conducted our survey and let’s just say he saved us thousands of pounds.

What I really appreciated most about his approach was the immediate phone call after the survey was conducted. We spoke on the phone for 30 minutes, he told us all the major issues and gave an overall opinion on the property. This was invaluable to our negotiations.

Without Nitin and his team we would have been oblivious to hidden issues that the property had. The actually review was ready in 72 hours and we proceeded with the purchase.

Honestly couldn’t recommend this business enough, they were worth every penny, truly a 5 star service from start to finish. The best thing was they were not even the most expensive surveyor around.

On the day of the appointment, the surveyor gave me a call to run through her initial key findings & thoughts, which I deeply appreciated. A really friendly and timely service. The survey was carried out within 1 week of request. The layout of the report was simple to follow with a clear coding system for severity of issues noted and the report was very detailed.
