A really supportive and efficient service. Prescriptions are approved and received promptly. Individual advice given via email and a supportive phone call from doctor when questions cannot be answered via email. Immensely impressed with the service received.

Please DO NOT order from this company. They have no medical knowledge, yet they claim they do. They have a few contracts with pharmacies to approve medications. I had a bad experience with Saxanda, and they did not care. In fact, I had a telephone call from the clinic manager who is not a medical professional and advised me my GP was wrong and they were right. London Slimming Clinic take advantage of vulnerable people and exploit them. Please do not be a victim to this scam. Avoid at all costs.

They breach GDPR by publishing my full name to deter me from posting further reviews. London Slimming Company are a scam company, profiting from vulnerable people. London Slimming Clinic is one of the largest and most established weight management clinics in the UK and we have a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and advisers.
You asked us for a refund about 2 weeks after taking Saxenda. Your case was discussed with the clinical team in detail and the manager himself phoned you in order to get a or a broader understanding of the situation and resolve any queries you had. We also explained that once a medication is dispatched you can not return it if you change your mind and in your case a refund is not justified or merited. This is part of the legislation around prescription medication and also part of the terms and conditions which are made clear prior placing any order online.
You then threatened to leave negative reviews across social media platforms and that you will not stop posting reviews until we provide a refund, which is what seems to have happened. I'm afraid that disparaging the clinic and continuing to threaten to do so will not entitle you to an undue refund.

My order was lost by the courier company so I contacted London slimming clinic. They not only immediately started the investigation, but a new order was shipped out on the same day so I did not have to wait longer than necessary! Brilliant service.

Very impressed with the service. I ordered Saxenda at 3pm on Tuesday and it was delivered the next morning at 10:00am. I rang for some advice the following day and the lady who I spoke to was really knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I felt really reassured. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately there were ongoing stock issues from the manufacturers affecting all pharmacies across the UK with which we had no control over whatsoever. We were also not informed of this in advance so were unable to communicate with yourself prior to placing your order.
I have investigated this and can see that in the email you hd sent you provided the incorrect order number, which is why it was difficult to locate your order and provide the appropriate update. However once someone had spoken to you and resolved the issue, your postage charge was refunded as a gesture of goodwill and order was dispatched the following day.
The supply issues have now been resolved and we have commenced same day/next day dispatch. We have also taken measures to ensure our supplies are not affected in case of future stock issues. If there is anything we can help you with then do please get in touch.

Ordered on the 10th March a saxenda pen then cancelled the order the next day had an e-mail confirmation to say the order was cancelled & I would get a refund . The money has been taken from my account I’ve e-mailed several times & phoned left messages but not heard a thing back now I’m worried after reading the other reviews not a good service

Thank you for your message. Once an order is cancelled at our end a full refund is issued immediately. The banks however take a few days to clear it and for it to appear in your account. Some take longer than other and unfortunately this is not something we can control or have influence over, and would suggest discussing it with your bank.
