Like all the other reviews counterfit goods i have had a reply offering 70% refund, delays between all emails not that theres many, i rejected all offers from the start and have constantly asked for a label to return, so glad i called citazens advice who directed me to a template letter, accept nothing orher than a full refund its your consumer rights as these are obviously counterfit, substandard unusable goods.
Do not use this company, I ordered a top it arrived weeks late and was clearly counterfeit from china, I have tried contacting them and the offer discounts for you to keep the rubbish they send out or try to charge you to return to Germany or china when the business says it is London,
I contacted my bank and they have got my money back for me
Awful customer service. Trying to sort return since 27th dec 2025, now a month later and no further forward. Awful at responding. Items too small never worn but at my own cost will need to return to Germany, then still at their discretion if they refund. Or keep with partial refund, not ideal either as items not able to be worn. Or finally I can keep the items and then get discount off other items I order!!!! Im not ordering again so why would I want a discount. Bonkers. Feeling very frustrated as still not had reply re: refund form!!!!
Ordered a branded hoodie as a xmas gift, item arrived really late - terrible quality, very cheap and sizing was way out!
Very difficult to return - need to me to send it back to Germany or China and wait for a refund or offered 40% refund and keep item, decided this was the cheaper option but not happy.
Advise anyone to avoid this site, it is not genuine, cheap fake items despite expensive prices.
Item arrived really late - looked like it was from Temu such bad quality.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gevane London. My order never arrived, and the tracking information I received seemed unreliable and didn’t add up. I also tried reaching out using the contact number provided, but in my experience it was completely unhelpful and did not appear to function as a genuine customer service line. Nothing was resolved, and I was left feeling that the entire process was untrustworthy. Based on my experience, I would not order from this website again and strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.

I ordered a top on line the quality is terriable didnt look anything like it waited ages for it emailed them they said they wanted pics of the product which l thought was random and from there on l new it wasn’t going to be easy then they wanted order no which was 3 no l sent that heard nothing keep emailing them no reply this should not be aloud to customers l will not give up as l want my money back stay away from them. Am now going to take this matter further

It poses as a London Co with a shop and yet my item took weeks to arrive and came from china. No response from email or phone and tracking was hopeless. My coat looks cheap, I’ll fitting and tiny. A waste of time and money
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Purchased a jacket which was out of stock but not advised. asked to cancel as it would be received to late. messages ignored and no response to calls. They now want £15 to return but had said they would give prepaid returns label. They don't read messages as I have provided all the information numerous times as requested. Still going round in circles
Scam. Take your money don't deliver product and then send a silly email that doesn't make sense when you ask for refund. Contact number is a scam also ... tracking details are also fabricated
Terrible quality, looks nothing like the picture. I’ll be sending back for a refund, however not holding much hope after reading other reviews. Do not buy from this company.
Do not order anything online from this company, I have been trying to return three items for the past 2 weeks and have contacted them almost daily , and have only received emails with delaying tactics ,despite being very specific in my my first contact that I wished to return the items .
The quality of the items also does not reflect what you see online .
