I had the pleasure of staying at a Loftium property recently in Seattle and had a great experience! The property was clean, safe and close to everywhere I wanted to go on my trip. The host also provided some extras like snacks, bottled water, cups and plates which all came in handy. I would recommend this property and any other Loftium property to anyone traveling to the area!

I stayed in Seattle for a week. The apartment was nice and Erik was a very helpful host! Fast to respond, very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

My husband, myself, and our 5-yr-old came to visit friends and family, and because we knew we would be out & about every day, all we needed was 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small fridge and microwave for quick eats between activities. This place is in a great location, cozy neighborhood, and close to everything from Boulder to downtown
Denver. The rental was clean, and had everything we needed, and Joana (host) was very accommodating! This was perfect for what we needed.

This was our first time in Denver and we had an amazing time. Great location and good parking. The hosts were friendly and responded to our request/questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to other visitors.

We had a great stay in Seattle at Avery's place! It was quiet and comfortable! It is within walking distance of a market and dining choices. We loved being a 10 minute drive from Pike Place Market and downtown Seattle. Avery's place has the little comforts of home.

Loftium offers a situation which requires a lot of middle-man communication, and so much room for error. That being said, this company makes a true effort to remedy any and all issues as quickly as they are able. They're making beautiful, classic homes available for those who couldn't afford them otherwise on the stipulation we work together to please vacationers. There's so much to navigate together, from particularly needy customers to handling the wear-and-tear of a vacation rental. Loftium is always willing to accept your queries with kindness and support (even when I've been impatient, and potentially rude).
My time with them started during a lockdown, and they really went out on a limb renting to a small business owner when things were unsure for everyone.
Every complaint I've made as a host has been considered and addressed. Loftium is clearly trying to take care of people, from the hosts to their guests, their employees and the homeowners -- it's a lot, and they're doing very well, considering the newness of the company, and the pandemic.
Loftium has a wonderful team to work with, and I do feel confident they are out here for our best interests.

I booked a 4 night stay in one of their houses and they listed it through VRBO so I thought it would be a quality space. It was a basement in a Denver house which had a renter upstairs instead of the owner. As soon as I walked in I felt and smelled this musty air. Looked around for controls of heat/AC there were none. Renter upstairs out of town and told me to text someone not affiliated with the home. I get a response back saying “ Unfortunately no it’s an old house and the home owner never installed central AC and does not allow any portable air conditioning/cooling system due to humidity in the basement. Sorry.” Wow! Obviously I didn’t stay. Would’ve been better off in Motel 6. Requested partial refund and that was denied. It was only after I threatened to contact Denver ADU controls did they offer 1/2 discount. Yet that wasn’t even half because they gave me 1/2 of their proceeds not to include VEBOs take.
Scam and a half is all I can say here!

Great place to stay! Loved the privacy of my place!

We have had a great experience with Loftium the past year. We are now able to afford a house in Portland that would otherwise be out of our price range. I do wish they had a customer service number but they are very responsive via email for any questions we have.

Cute and cozy little place! It was perfect for my brother and I who were in San Diego for a couple days!

Very easy to communicate with, understanding and accommodating.

The place was super clean and wonderful. Irene went out of her way to make us comfortable. Even supplying us with extra waters and snacks when we ran out. I highly recommend her.

Colin was great. He was very responsive and accommodating. He replied back quickly to every text.

Renting with Loftium has been straightforward and enjoyable. We get to live in an expensive area of town at an affordable rate! And if you enjoy hosting, it can be fun too because you get to meet people from all over!

Noah and Reed were great to stay with, they communicated quickly and were very friendly. The place was very nice and clean.

We've really liked our time working with Loftium. They enabled us to live somewhere we otherwise wouldn't be able to afford in this market and give our kids a home to live in, in addition to earning some extra income and be able to meet so many great people. Loftium overall is very easy to work with and their platform has made so much improvement and advances since we started working with them in 2018. We look forward to continuing with them and hope they flourish across the country, helping people just like us.

Our experience with Loftium has been very good so far. We are getting the chance to live in a home we never could have rented on our own and in a great neighborhood. It is a lot of work to clean the Airbnb and guests can sometimes be a bit difficult, but it is worth it for the home we get to live in. The staff at Loftium are usually very helpful and supportive.
