London & Kent Surveyors Anmeldelser

Very good experience. Survey was very detailed and informative. However for me the key was the call afterwards with the Surveyor. Very helpful in understanding the issues raised

Sam was great! The survey was thorough and provided a helpful tier system to categorise the severity of each issue.

We just wanted to say how brilliant London & Kent Surveyors and Alex was – he was incredibly helpful on the phone with us and made what felt like a very overwhelming process as first-time buyers so much more manageable.

From the moment we spoke after the survey, he was kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to our concerns. He explained everything clearly and in a way that actually made sense, which we really appreciated, and went above and beyond to offer thoughtful advice rather than just the basics.

What really stood out was how considerate and responsive he was - we never felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping us make the right decisions.

London & Kent Surveyors were also fantastic overall. They managed to fit us in around a very tight timeline and worked flexibly with our schedule, which made a huge difference during a stressful period. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and really well handled.

We’re so grateful for the support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex and the team to anyone, especially other first-time buyers.

First time using London & Kent Surveyors and was extremely easy and no hassle. Excellent communication and a really great layed out website.
We had David complete our survey and we were very pleased with his thorough report on the survey and even using a drone to look above the property!
We had a follow up call to go through anything on the survey and he was extremely helpful going through it. Overall I would recommend and would use again.

I recently instructed a Level 3 survey and was really happy with the service provided. The report itself was thorough, clearly written, and very easy to understand, with a level of detail that was incredibly helpful.
What really stood out was the support after the survey was completed. I spoke directly with Alex, who took the time to walk me through the findings and offered practical next-step recommendations that were genuinely valuable.
He was approachable, knowledgeable, and gave us real peace of mind during what can be a stressful process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone buying a property.

Fantastic survey. Very thorough and detailed. Using a drone was the clincher for me. To be able to see the roof was great. Half hour call to discuss the survey was great to. Brilliant regards Scott and Tracey Claydon. In Kent.

We recently used London & Kent surveyors and couldn’t recommend them enough. They were thorough and precise on the report, meaning it was easy to determine the key points to consider and resolve before completing.
If we move again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them.
Thank you!

L&K Surveyors were great to use and I'd highly recommend. Survey was booked only a week after first getting in contact and our level-3 survey was done to excellent detail.

Our follow up call with Kieran was also really helpful.

Great service. Quick response time. would definitely recommend.

Really impressed with the service received on a residential property we were purchasing. Smooth process, easy to book and track process. Survey was booked within a few weeks and the report was available less than a week later on the date they committed to. Survey was very thorough with many photos and a follow up call after was really useful to ask any follow up questions and so we were comfortable with the the report. Overall really satisfied and would use this surveyor again.

Great availability, they have a live diary even as your booking to go ahead. The Report is detailed coupled with the follow up call was really useful. I would've just liked some high level estimate costs in addition to the issues highlighted.

Survey was really easy to book. Was given clear timescales for the report which came in on time. Report was clear to read and the portal easy to navigate. Would definitely use again

Decided to get in touch with London & Kent Surveyors after seeing such great reviews online. From start to finish communication was great. The survey itself picked up on all areas required, and an added bonus of having some close up images taken of the roof via a drone. Other surveyors do not offer this service. Quick turn around on the report, had the results within 3 working days which you can't argue with. Was offered a follow up call to discuss the report and whilst we haven't needed to do that, great to even have the option.

The whole experience was impeccable from start to finish. Everything is organised in a hassle-free way and the service covers all aspects of the survey, including a call with the surveyor to discuss the findings. The price reflects the comprehensive service provided. The report was prepared in line with RICS standards, and the survey also included a roof inspection with a drone, which many surveyors charge for separately. I would definitely use L&K Surveyors again if I were purchasing another property.

Great service but even better follow up explanation. I would recommend

Very good and professional

Was very good service I received. Competitive price, used a drone, surveyed quickly, arranged access with the agents no problem, provided a very comprehensive report with lots of pictures and had a very nice chat with the surveyor who was able to reassure me. I would/will recommend

We were very happy with the service provided. We found the report to be much more detailed and helpful than ones produced by other companies we had used in the past. It was great to be able to have a follow up call, and Kieran was helpful with responding to our questions.

Easy to book. Very helpful to have the drone survey to inspect the roof. The report was written well overall, although there were a couple of sections where it wasn’t clear which specific areas were being referred to. However all this was cleared up on the follow up call with Samuel which was very good. Would recommend.

We are nervous first time home buyers and L&K made the process so easy for us.

I called to chat with apx 10 survey companies (overkill, I know), but the property we wanted to buy was period and we were nervous.

L&K was in the top end for price, but I am so happy we decided to spend the extra £150. The drone photos are a wonderful addition, and they truly were willing to spend the time BEFORE we booked talking to me about their approach. For the survey (RICS level 3), Samuel was incredibly thorough, and it helped us negotiate repairs to the house. On the free follow up call (which 1000% sign up for), he helped talk me through everything I didn't understand and get an idea of what was most important and in what timeframe.

I highly recommend them. Booked for the following week, report back 5 workings days (1 week) later. 10/10 recommend.
