It feels very rare to speak to a true expert but that's what we got. From the beginning, the process was smooth and timely. The survey got booked in quickly, and the report was produced within a couple of days. When we had our session to talk through the report with the surveyor, Samuel, was a real expert - every question he knew the answer to, explained it in a way that was easy to absorb, and understand what action needed taking. He also provided follow up answers to the questions we had. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used the London and Kent Surveyors and I was not disappointed. The service was prompt, timely, professional informative, effective, efficient and detailed in their report. The follow up interview with the main surveyor was very helpful and made me confident to go ahead with my purchase,all my questions were answered and explained carefully, so yes I recommend them to any potential home buyers.

I found London & Kent to be prompt, professional and responsive. Their service was great and the report was exactly what I would expect from a Level 2 Homebuyer's Survey. The report has been used by the seller of the property to enact some repairs, too, helping the building management company to take action promptly before the sale completes.

Alex Galvin did a great job with our RICS Level 2 survey on a house built in the 1930s. He took the time to check all the areas we were concerned about around the property. The phone call afterwards was really helpful too. He talked us through the findings, answered all our questions, and explained everything clearly. We recently used London & Kent Surveyors to carry out a home buyers survey and were very impressed with the service we received. I'm really happy that I chose London & Kent Surveyors for my survey. The flat I'm purchasing is a loft conversion and getting a good view of things like the roof using drones really made this stand out for me. Samuel was fantastic. Service was excellent from the moment we booked the survey, after the survey was carried out we received a very thorough break down of what was found. Kieran was superb when we had our follow up call and ran through any questions we had putting our mind at easy.

Pretty decent overall, some pros are they use a drone to surveil the roof which not all surveyors do. Negatives are that they don't give any prices for remediation so it's difficult to immediately judge what kind of budget you are in for!

They do offer a follow up call to clarify the report which is very helpful.

Couldn’t fault them. First time I have had to do a level 2 survey. Company spoke both myself and my partner through it and the follow up call with Kieran helped us with any questions following the survey. Speedy service and would use again in the future!
