Absolutely love the organic options! When our family leaves the house it’s nice to know we can still eat organic! So thank you LittleSpoon for that peace of mind! My babes ask for LS meals, they call them meals:) we can’t wait to try the new options my kids are excited! My LO love picking out which meal they want and it’s easy to make:) plus you can save the plates for later use! Also , with the plastic being BPS and BPA Free that’s awesome to know ! love everything about little spoon. So does my son. We started out when he was just learning to eat solids and then as he has grown so have the meals. We love the variety of options and having the hidden veggies in all of the meals really puts my mind and worries at ease. We recently started buying snack options and smoothies from little spoon. I was worried because my son only seems to like peanut butter and banana smoothies but so far he has loved all of the little spoon options. we have another little one on the way so ill be doubling up on my orders pretty soon.

Little spoon customer service is always helpful when an issue arises

My baby loves the food that comes from little spoon, it also took the research out of wondering the textures or mixtures he should eat at each stage, they do it for you. If I ever had questions or a concern, their customer service is top notch. Always quick to respond and always extremely friendly. I recommend little spoon to everyone I know with a little one.

My daughter loves the baby blends and smoothies. Little spoon also has great customer service. Texting is easy and response times aren’t bad.

I have trusted Little Spoon with every stage of food (aside from breast milk) for my daughter, my only child. The company truly cares and their food is great! The entire ordering process is easy, packaging is cute, shipping is quick, portions and meal options are perfect! Little Spoon has reduced the stress of feeding my child and wondering if she is getting the proper nutrition. She has liked just about everything, and we’ve tried every single food item so far! The customer service is stellar and always there to help you!

The amount different types of food a variety is awesome especially as my 15 month old gets older she is a bit picker and we are finding it a bit harder to find what she likes. Little Spoon has great options and they are also very healthy. The packaging is a a bit bulky though and it slightly pricy but I understand you pay for great quality!

I've been with Little Spoon for the last 3 years (with my two youngest children), and it has been so convenient having food that I know is healthy and ready for me to heat and serve. I'm a busy mom, and this gives me just a little bit of room to breathe.

My 10mo loves Little Spoon! He’s been eating it since he was 6mo! I’ve only had an order issue one time and they fixed it immediately! They are very responsive! I’m glad I have great quality food to feed my little one!

My one year old LOVES his little spoon pouches, and they are a perfect option to pack in lunches or take on the go to get a healthy snack when we are busy or out and about. His older sister sneaks a few too, which I am fine with as they are healthy and delicious for her as well. I love the communication from the company, any timely help with technical or delivery issues as well as friendly customer support. We will continue to use this company even though we are on "solids" because we love all the fresh products we have tried so far.

My 10-month-old son loves his meals! We are so happy to see him safely and eagerly devouring the healthy and baby-friendly meals this company offers. He is able to eat them entirely on his own. My husband and I are vegetarians, but give meat to our littles, and this helps support his introduction to the delicious foods he needs to grow strong. We have been using Little Spoon since my son started solids. We started with the baby blends and are now feeding the biteables. My son LOVES the food. As a working mom with little time to prepare meals, there is no better feeling knowing that my son is eating fresh nutritious meals that he actually enjoys. I also have been so pleased with the customer service team. They respond to emails promptly and are always super helpful. Thank you Little Spoon!

My kids are in the plates, snacks and smoothies era. :) Little Spoon offers incredible flavor, quality, convenience and exposure to ingredients that I do not have handy or daily. It has been a game changer for our family.

worst experience ever, such a scam. they took my card info and website stopped working, customer service is hard to reach, took me days only through email. They refuse to refund me, and insist to tell me too late to cancel. It’s ridiculous, I didn’t even have a meal selected yet. Their website told me that there is a problem and make sure I’m not being charged. So I tried to contact them the minute I put my card info on their website. My account didn’t even work, my email was not linked. I got charged! Then they refuse to refund me, even their website stated :” We are sorry. We are having problem with processing. Make sure you are not charged and try again. If problem persists, please contact us.” I wasted so much time with them, finally I had to contact my bank. They need to be reported. I have all the screen shots of their website malfunction, and all the conversation through email, and all the attempts to contact them by phone and text. After read some reviews, I realized that I’m not the first customer experience this. Sadly, people like us are all busy moms who need extra hands to help, no one has time to deal with them. We end up to take the lost.

I canceled the subscription plan and never received any notification saying otherwise. I received a notification only from ups alerting me for a pending shipment that had not been prepped yet. I contacted the company and explained my son was allergic and did not eat the food also due to the texture. I have alerted them I had medical notes to provide as well. They refused to cancel the delivery EVEN THOUGH it had not been shipped yet. Upon delivery it was refused and returned to the sender. I contacted the company many times and never received a call back. I received some emails that provide no proof of notification. But no response to resolve the issue. So on top of my sons allergy I also never received the item but they are trying to charge me.

Their subscription notification emails are shrouded as marketing and they are slow to respond, so you end up getting shipped items that you don't need.

They couldn't get cc to run through as they had no box for shipping and billing addresses which were different
which is unprofessional Anyway, they figured how to get to run through days later unbeknownst to me, and I found out by receiving an email notifying me that my order was shipping! Well I wasn’t going to be there when they said it would arrive...... and they didn’t care!! No phone support which is appalling!! They choose to hide behind the electronic wall of the internet Customer experience when contacted was about what you’d expect ….appalling! Won’t be in business long at this rate!! And lost yet another new customer from the get go and received another 1 star review Way to go!! LOL
