The customer service has been very pleasant to work with and answer all my questions! First time parents can find themselves questioning every decision for their little one, and having customer support to help answer all of my questions gave me a peace of mind!

We have been ordering from Littlespoon since our second little one started solids and it has been a game changer.
For parents that both have to work and don't have all the time to prep all your kids meals but still want to ensure your children are starting off with quality good tasting food then littlespoon is on the top of the list.

Their care and service has also been great. We had a recent hiccup with a recent baby pouch that was ordered that had an issue but it was addressed right away after I reached out them. They gathered all the details including pictures and lot number on the item and issued it for further investigation, while issuing a refund on the item and discount on my next ordered which is appreciated. If you haven't tried them out then I would recommend giving them a shot as you won't regret it.

What a mess - meals are often cancelled, replaced with some random junk food, unpredictable and unreliable. No communication. But the worst part is customer service. They take weeks to reply, do not answer questions, do not resolve issues. Answer in a passive-aggressive manner. The food itself is unhealthy - everything is deep-fried and extremely greasy. Portions are tiny, all calories come mostly from oil. Menu is boring - same dishes all year long and now they discontinue everything decent and replace it all with pasta to save cost.

Terrible service! They substitute the meals you order without your permission, and they don't even notify you. You just get whatever they feel like it, and most stuff they put in is random, not even based on previous orders. This has happened a few times. Meanwhile as a mother of two under 2 and with a full time job where I must have everything organized for the week and all meals planned, I end up dealing with nonsense from a team at Littlespoon that clearly don't care!

This life’s food comes on the plastic tray (not BPA free) wrapped in plastic. And you are told to microwave it as it is. You know what happens when you microwave plastic? It releases sh tons of toxins. And you’ll feed your child with this food full of hormone disrupting chemicals. This knowledge about plastic isn’t new, lot of people know about it, and yet this company have chosen this set up plastic on plastic for our babies. Shame on them! They shouldn’t exist.

Very shady company hard to get a hold of. I was going to place a small order but I couldn’t check out. I just kept offering me more and more items so I texted the little chat and said to scratch the order. I will just go to Publix next thing I know they’re trying to charge me For the order and now I can’t get back on the chat to chat. I do not want any thing from little spoon. In addition, thank goodness I have DuckDuckGo to Block the 10 different Associates that they want to load to my phone every time I login Blocked.

If you want the product, what you get on the back end is quite good. However, if you are trying to look at the menu or get a sense of cost, you are stuck paying for your first order and it wouldn't even let me change the date! They didn't respond to my service request for days and instead offered me a credit because by the time they responded, it had already shipped. They make it impossible to manage and it's disappointing. I do not remember it being like this when my first daughter used it.

We tried Little Spoon for our daughter who is tube fed. They offered all of these amazing blends to add to her diet. Well since she wasn’t tolerating them (some are a little too much for her stomach) we asked to place order on hold and immediately attempted to reach someone to cancel the service. Went through the process of canceling and was still charged the $150 for the next shipment. Come to find out they didn’t hold it, shipped it out despite my request and now are only offering a 20% return. The person I am dealing with has been very uncaring. Such a disappointment since I saw such positive things about them. Will be sure to NOT order again.

They have been emailing me about using their service. Their advertisements don’t instill faith in anything about them because they say that Black Friday comes before Thanksgiving. Why would I introduce my child to anything that can’t get it right?

The customer service for this company has always been fast and so helpful. They have sent messages after to verify everything is still going well with the issue I contact them for. I have nothing but great things to say. They are a part of the safe foods my kid eats and always knowing what's out of stock in an upcoming order is great to plan ahead. Even when leaving suggestions or answering surveys this company will reach out. Truly a great place to purchase from.

We love Little Spoon baby blends, because they allow my baby to try a wide variety of foods without the hassle of trying to blend up my own baby food. It's fast and easy! I can also freeze containers of food for later use, if we can't use them quickly.

Auto ship was sent to old address after a move and many skipped deliveries. When I contacted customer service they offered a 50% credit. In the end I’m out nearly $250 no food no money and I’m disgusted with this company, robbing a single mother!

I’ve been buying Little Spoons for over a year now and they never disappoint! My little boy is so picky and won’t eat much but he loves pretty much all the bowls and smoothies! I’m so happy I found this company because working a full job and not having much time to prep meals makes it stressful but at least I can count on my Little Spoons.

Parents Beware,

I was unhappy with my baby blends as they were bland and my baby enjoyed none of the food. At the time I could only see the option to pause membership versus cancel. So I paused membership for 2 months. Being a busy mom with multiples it slipped my mind to call and cancel but I never received notice regarding upcoming order until the day of hours before “cut off time to cancel” they give you until 5pm to cancel day of and I canceled at 9pm. Customer service sited that someone is already cooking my babies food at 9pm @ night!? Baby food I might add that my child is not going to eat because he hates purées and is now 2 months older. This companies unwillingness to work with parents especially during this climate is repulsive. There was no text message no set of multiple emails leading up to remind of the upcoming order. Customer service rep stated verbatim “don’t sweat” they will ensure to text for next order. A joke!

Great products and conveniently shipped to your house, as needed

I had an unfortunate experience with Little Spoon. I accessed the website through my phone and had to sign up to view the menu. I made a profile and perused their meal options. After viewing, I wasn't interested in putting in an order - however, when you make a profile you are signed up for a recurring delivery...I called the following morning and shared this information with them requesting to cancel everything.

The customer service rep said that I needed to complete 1 delivery order before they could cancel. This felt completely BAIT AND SWITCH - and unethical. I called within 15 hours of making a profile...and they REQUIRED a purchase from me before they could cancel. Part of building your profile is providing card information...also, BAIT N SWITCH - red flag.

I kindly shared that when using a phone to navigate their website, you have to make a profile to view their full menu. I sent screenshots, as well. There was a clear lack of willingness to address any of my concerns or provide any assistance. I was met with attitude and indifference.

It would have made all the sense in the world to simply close my account (again less than 24 hours after making the account), however, they refused to do this and instead pushed the delivery through...which will be disputed through my bank.

I received the food delivery - and sadly, the quality of their food items was akin to the attitude of their customer service teams - bland, uninspired, and lacking in any sense of care.

Their toddler plates are extremely dry - making it hard for kids who are still getting their teeth in to really enjoy much. I found myself having to make side dishes to add to their plates (so we don't waste food) so my twins could eat it. I had rosemary chicken and turkey kale dishes delivered.

This is such a meaningful industry to contribute to - so many parents out there need healthy food options for their little ones...and Little Spoon really has missed the mark...

My first time with Little Spoon was awful. The package was supposed to arrive on a Wednesday but arrived 2 days later, which is concerning since is a delicate package that needs to be cold. You also only have 2 weeks since day of delivery to use the products, which becomes 12 days if the delivery is late.
The worst thing was that the package arrived leaking and multiple baby blends were faulty and leaking. One had a cut at the bottom, another one had a hole inside. When I opened the package every box of babyblend had food on them so it was hard to know which ones were the leaking products that had to be discarded. I ended up getting rid of half of the baby blends. Too dangerous to feed my baby something that may have gone wrong and could hurt him. You are better off buying Cerebelly or Serenity kids
Also dont try to contact their customer service. Their mailbox is full and they don’t receive emails.
