Dreadful returns process - impossible to cancel an order and then charge you for sending it back

I ordered the wrong size of a pair of pants. 2 hours after ordering I contacted customer service to help me cancel the order. They didn't help me. They said it's only possible when the order is processed. I tried again but no help from them. No help at all. Now I will receive the package and I will have to return it at my own expense.

I’ve ordered online nearly £300 worth of items and only half was delivered in a tiny bag that could not possibly hold all the items, with 22 items missing. I’ve contacted customer service and they said they would need to carry out an investigation but it’s been days and I haven’t heard back from them. It’s ridiculous that it’s taken this amount of time to resolve a situation that is clearly their fault and they could not possibly have an additional 22 items sent in the bag I received (which I have a picture from Evri as delivery proof). I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and still unsure what will happen with the 22 missing items.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Right and left shoes were of different models. Sent back for replacement. Instead of sending a replacement they issued a refund. I still want to get the shoes but they are now asking me to pay for delivery which is £4.99. Customer service advisors were not helpful.

I am visiting the UK and was able to order some excellent products for good prices and have them delivered to my hotel before I left. Seamless and easy.

Lillywhites is very well known here in London, with a store also located in Piccadilly. However, I sometimes prefer to shop online because there is a wider range of products available and I can choose larger quantities. Orders are processed quickly and shipping is very fast.

Realicé dos compras. Una la he recibido perfectamente y la otra no, de hecho atención al cliente me informó que el courier se la había devuelto porque no había podido entregarla. Una compra sí y la otra no? . Ha pasado más de un mes y todavía sigo esperando el reembolso y siguen dando vueltas con sus consultas al courier. Una vergüenza. He comprado varias veces y es la primera vez que tengo este problema y me da que pensar que si las cosas las hacen mal no saben como solucionarlas ni tampoco como pedir sinceras disculpas aceptando su error. No creo que vuelva a comprar nada más. Buscaré otros proveedores como Grey Nicholls

This isn't the first time I've bought from you and I've always been satisfied.

I could find lot of things that I was interested in, and the shipping and delivery method was excellent. In fact, It was better than I expected. My package has arrived at the hotel 2 days before than it was expected! Great experience.

Sadly this is more a review of EVRI than Lillywhites who were very responsive to my issues but ultimately I ordered items that did not arrive and then the replacements did not arrive. Lillywhites have no option to collect from their store so now I am waiting for a refund and have not received the goods I ordered. With time and money short before Christmas this has been a disaster of a customer experience.

This isn't my first time ordering from this site. I'm very pleased with everything and the delivery is fast.

Your in store experience was sickening not a person to ask a question of and when you found someone they knew nothing and the lady at the till was brutally uncouth.
