I can't fault a thing about this company. Fantastic customer service and advice on products. I bought 3 island pendants - loved them so much. A large range of unique products not seen elsewhere on other websites.

Excellent customer service. I had a faulty stair light which was slightly out of warranty. Messaged on a Sunday night and received a phone call before 9.30 Monday morning. They don’t stock this product anymore but will organise me a replacement free of charge! There are not many companies which would go the extra mile! I’m very impressed and will certainly use this company again

Excellent communication and Jack made sure our query was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Even though the issue was the fault of our electrician, they have still provided a replacement part and instructions for us to rectify the problem. 5* service.

Fantastic customer service. Needed to order a spare part for a new light fitting. My enquiry was dealt with promptly - the part was delivered to me very quickly - and free of charge!

Ordered a nordlux floor lamp and had the usual email confirming my order. As I didn’t know when to expect it I emailed Sue who replied almost instantly telling me when to expect my order. She contacted her supplier and came back to me with a definite date. I then received another email telling me who was delivering it. It is lovely when a company/shop etc keep you informed regarding your purchase. I would recommend Lighting Styles Ltd to anyone who wants good efficient service.

Lights yet to be fitted but so far so good

I ordered five recessed lights for my kitchen. Although payment was taken I was then informed the goods were out of stock until the end of August. As I was not installing them soon I left it at that. By the 23rd August I was informed that the lights would not be in stock until early September 2021. I spoke with Karen, Customer Services, who could not have been more helpful. We discussed options and ion advice ordered the same lights but in a different finish. Although I was not happy initially in that I had paid for but did not receive the goods I was extremally happy with the customer service I received from Karen. I took possession of the lights several days after our conversation and I am happy with them. I do believe Lighting Styles Ltd should inform the customer when ordering the goods if they are not in stock at the time of ordering, prior to payment being taken.Other than that I would order from Lighting Styles Ltd again.

This company took my order charged my credit card and never called to let me know the fixture was discontinued. I called them to see the status and that's how I found out. I would definitely not recommend them.

Ordered from Lighting Styles back in April as they had the best price for the style pendant light I had picked out.
Was contacted by Customer Services shortly after to apologise that stock delivery had been delayed for the colour I'd ordered and that it was expected to be back in by the end of June. They offered several options such as a full immediate refund or other colours/styles available, but I was happy to wait for what I ordered as I was in no rush for the item and appreciate the frustration of shipping delays most retailers have faced over the last year.
Fast forward to end of June and they arrived a couple days ago, exactly as informed by CS months prior. Really well packaged, arrived as expected and really a high quality looking product for the price I paid.

I'm an interior designer and I ordered some lights from Lighting Styles having been in touch with one of their representatives (Barry). He was very helpful and answered all my questions. The lights arrived quickly and they are now installed. They look wonderful! I'm so pleased and will be ordering from them again as the lights, I feel, are very good quality.

My order was accepted then canceled but they still took it from my CC i assumed that all was well 2 moths later no product and i am almost £500 i contact them they sat its cancelled , i prove they have the cash just standard e-mail DON'T USE THEM

Fantastic product & service. One of the glass covers was broken on arrival even though it was well packaged.

They might not deliver the next day, but this is made very clear when placing an order. People get far too impatient nowadays and expect next day delivery on everything.
Yes, my order was delayed, but the communications with the company were excellent. I received replies to my emails within a few hours. When the product arrived in stock, it was delivered the next day.
Unfortunately, and totally beyond the control of Lighting Styles, one item didn’t work. A quick email and a replacement was promised without any hassle.
This is a respectable company.
Problems can and do happen. This company sorts them out. Good old fashioned customer service.

We are so lucky to have such a fantastic lighting company so locally to us. Lighting styles have such a wide range of different fittings that even with the most vivid imagination (I usually "out imagine" what is available on the market) I can usually recommend something from the website to my clients.
I love that there is such a large and unique range to choose from, and that in the event something turns out not to be quite suitable, they will allow our clients to return the lights for another product, no questions asked.

Every time I have been in, everyone has been really friendly and accommodating. They really are such a lovely team

Love this company and their customer service levels are excellent. I had to wait a long time for my Seletti monkey but they kept me updated and offered me a discount for my patience - win win! I’ll be back!

Terrible service. Product hadn't arrived 2 months after ordering, emailed and was told it would another 6 weeks minimum! Would've given 5 starts if they'd told me upfront that there was going to be a delay.

As described in a number of other reviews, my order was delayed, but this was understandable with COVID and because I ordered over Christmas, so I wasn’t too bothered. When the light fittings eventually turned up all seemed fine, but when they were being installed it became clear that one was damaged in the box. I contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement at no additional cost. So whilst it was a pain to receive a broken light fitting, at least their customer service is good.

A truly average experience. Item ordered on 31st December and received today. Nice enough quality.
