I needed some advice and Barry was quick to respond. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The lights look great, just what I was looking for!

I had a wall mounted fitting that developed a fault so I contacted Lighting Styles and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Great service from Jon and the team.

Jon was very excellent from me enquiring about the lighting I was looking for, up to taking my order by telephone. Received lights next day, thats what I call service.

Excellent company with excellent customer service support. Impressed!

Received a quick response to an initial question about the product, was informed promptly that part of my order wasn't in stock, but was most impressed with the excellent and pro-active approach when I was unable to install the devices on the SmartKnight app. Yes, it was frustrating to initially not to get the devices registered, but with help of their sales and tech team (big thank you to Barry, Mike, Peter and Julie!), I got it sorted. Am very much looking forward to having a relaxing and spa-like bath or shower with the multi colour lights installed and working!

I placed a order for a mirror light unit. I spoke to julie in customer services who was very polite and professional.I was sent a email to inform me that the item i ordered was out of stock till the end of february which i'am more than happy to wait for.Iwas very impressed with the way my order has been handle so far with julie. I called yesterday and spoke with Julie in Customer Service. We needed a glass bowl for a pendant light which had broken. In stock and post yesterday. It arrived 09:30 this morning. Brilliant service.

Wonderful customer service from Julie and Barry. Needed some replacement parts for a light I bought a couple of years ago and they were so helpful in quickly finding the part for me to order. Great service like this matters and will ensure I use Lighting Styles again.

I bought some stair lights in August 2023 but only installed them in January 2024 as we are slightly behind in the refurbishment of the interior of our house. When installing the 2nd last light, there was either a clip missing or it had removed itself when being pushed into its recess and would not sit flush with the wall.

Lighting Styles Ltd were emailed in the hope that they had spares for sale in stock, Jon replied very quickly stating they would get some in the post to me that day. Quite extraordinary service considering that I had only supplied my first name in my email to them. The clips arrived on Thursday FOC.

Excellent after-sales service by Lighting Styles Ltd which I consider to be above and beyond and for which I am also totally thankful.

My light fitting was delayed, but this wasn't an issue for me anyway. Lighting styles kept me informed on the dates throughout. When the fitting arrived I was pleasantly suprised as the quality of finish was better than I was expecting for the price point.
I would recommend Lighting Styles, and will return for other fittings in the future.

We ordered a Medium Chrome IP44 Rated LED Over Mirror Light which cost £88. The quality was just awful. It felt like something out of a Christmas cracker. The return process was simple and the company got back to me promptly, but the light cost me £12 to return at my own cost. I wouldn't recommend the company as the quality of the light we received was so poor and then the return is at the customers own cost. I think it's insightful that I could not review the light directly on the website.

I discovered Lighting Styles when I recently moved and I’m so happy and grateful I did. The lights are beautiful and there are so many to choose from. Barry was absolutely outstanding in both his guidance and customer service and I highly recommend this company. I will only choose Lighting Styles for any future needs.

What an outstanding company to deal with, I am a Australian based purchaser who has bought light switches from Lighting Styles . The help given by Johnathon was great, very punctual with his responses and helpful advice would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. I had ordered low level lights for an internal stairwell, when the builder and electrician finally commenced fitting they realised the back plate would not work. After contacting Lighting Styles on the telephone, I was provided with great advice regarding alternative options. Even though I was outside of 30 days, they kindly agreed to process an exchange and even arranged for DPD to collect upon delivery of the replacement. Thorough recommend using this company.

Ordered a pendant light fitting over two years ago from Lighting Styles. My light arrived promptly, was beautiful and was fitted without issue. Recently my son smashed one of the shades whilst moving furniture. I phoned Lighting Styles who answered promptly and were able to supply a spare shade at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others.

I am delighted with the quality and look of the lamp that I bought from Lighting styles. Delays in transit from the manufacturer meant that my product was at risk of not arriving in time. However, the excellent customer service team did everything possible to expedite my order and it arrived by my deadline. Great service and I highly recommend this company.
