Lightbulbs still not arrived aftyer 11 days - I am disabled and so cannot easilyn access B&Q down the road - woukd give zero stars if I couklds.

Second time lucky!
Although I was sent the wrong items initially the correct order was received the next without any problem.
Postage is rather expensive but I will use Light Bulb World again as it is almost impossible to buy what I needed in stores.

Very helpful
They didn't have the item I ordered but offered a better alternative for the same price. This is the kind of customer service that gets you a customer for life! Very nice to deal with and extremely helpful.

Excellent service
Compared prices on similar products and chose Light Bulb World on that basis alone. I was not prepared for the excellence of the service, with fully tracked signed delivery just over 12 hours after order.

excellent service.
Easy to find what i was looking for, easy to order, easy to pay, ordered at 2pm delivered next day. Currier service contacted me by email and I was able to track my delivery minute by minute. Unfortunately I wasn't in but the parcel was delivered next door and I was sent an e-mail to tell me where it had been delivered. very efficient!

Easy to order and quickly delivered.
Delivery charge can seem high but this is more than compensated for by the cost of the bulbs. I ordered on Thursday afternoon and had the bulbs by midday Friday. I cannot fault the service.

The Right Service
Helpful and professional advice given before ordering. Site was simple to use. Light Bulbs arrived on time, within a time slot of one hour as promised. Well packed and all worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Succeeded where others failed
Tried to get Par25 lamps elsewhere but were sent different ones, wish I had found light bulb world first as I would not have had the hassle.
Order arrived and extremely well packaged. The price was right and I have no hesitation of dealing with them again :)

no item, abrupt on phone
No item after 10 days, told another maybe date so reordered elsewhere and asked for money back, told " good luck with that " and phone went dead.
However monies were returned prompt.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you've experienced. I've spoken with the person who took your call and I can assure you he is the least abrupt person you could meet. As you can see from our Trustpilot reviews we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and this sort of thing is unheard of. We endeavored to keep you up to date with the order progress, in fact you and I spoke the first time it was delayed following the initial email. I can again only apologise that we were unable to keep to the date I gave you. Regrettably the manufacturer delayed the delivery on 2 occasions and as it turns out it arrived the morning after your conversation with my colleague. Further to your conversation and as agreed we arranged to refund you straight away.
