Efficient and Personable
Jeremy is very approachable and easy to talk to, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was always available to answer my questions without the need to make appointments and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to refinance or apply for their first loan.

Exceptional customer service…
I was very impressed by the flexibility of Liberty Loans, and meeting Jeremy was literally the difference between having my home or not. On two occasions!

He was across all aspects of what was a drawn out, non standard transfer, working closely with both buyers and solicitors in a confidential, detail oriented and professional manner, to great effect.
